Frustrated that parking was extra $20 per day. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. IHOP in the building was great. Good location for the money we spent. Beds comfy.

Pros (+) We had a King bed with jacuzzi room. The room was large and clean and better than expected. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was great!
Cons (-) When we checked in, our reservation said King room with hot tub, but they put us in a small king room with only a stand up shower. They switched us to the appropriate room after going back down to reception, but it would have been nice to skip the hassle. The jacuzzi jets weren't very strong. The shower is in need up updating.

Pros (+) The staff was accommodating and helpful. The location is near the falls and has a WeGo stop right out front.
Cons (-) The IHOP is insanely overpriced. Like whatever your hometown IHOP is, double the price. The pool is a bit small to truly enjoy.

Pros (+) It is in Niagara Falls (Ontario), within long-walking distance of the Falls ... which is important, because parking is extremely scarce and expensive anywhere closer. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) $38 (US) of extra, unadvertised charges were added to my bill. The TV in the room was non-functional, the bathroom door would not close ... the entire city of Niagara Falls is a tourist trap, so this hotel fits right in.

Pros (+) Hotel was clean and the rates aren't bad. Quick walk to the falls was a big plus. Took maybe 10 minutes.
Cons (-) The ihop in that hotel. Service was great but the prices are outrageous. We walked into downtown and got cheaper breakfast that was better.
