The view from the Room was spectacular falls view. Pretty close and convenient to everything.
Bed is uncomfortable. Toilet paper was cheap linens were OK nothing to write home about. Parking was outrageous at $60 + A-day
we were so unhappy with our room that we left after only one night of a pre paid 3 night stay, to go to another hotel. At the Hilton we had paid extra for a room on the falls side of the hotel, but did not get that....we were given some sort of small room that is an add on for a normal room, it only had a small window on the end of the building that you could barely see the falls if you turned your head sharply to the left, but you had to keep the blinds closed anyway because there were window washers on the outside looking in our window. The room was noisy, there was construction overhead with drills at 8:30 am in our ceiling. Upon leaving we also learned that they were charging us $50 a night for parking in the SELF PARK area (not the valet), and this rate was never told to us either when parking or checking in. The hotel is also under construction, and access from our tower to the casino walkway is closed...you have to go down to the lobby and then go to one of the other towers and use their elevators to go back up to the level that is closed off from the north tower. Basically this hotel stay was just an endless list of annoying disappointments. When I complained upon checking out (two nights early) I was told there is nothing that could be done about any of this, not even the parking.
Location is good very clean. Bed is comfy
The room is too hot and the thermostat is not work but its ok because the staff gave us electric fan.
Comfortable enough bed, free internet access, and good location.
Was brought the wrong bottle of wine after ordering room service and was subsequently put on hold with the front desk for 15 minutes before giving up. Amenities were limited and much of the hotel mezzanine/lobby was under construction/not finished. Concierge desk was not staffed at one point on a Saturday evening. No cable television, and room was not what we expected.
Staff was able to address the parking issue in a very constructive manner, turning what could have been very aggravating into a pleasant outcome.
Parking situation is confusing.
