The bed and view was amazing. We were on the 49th floor and the view from the room was spectacular. Facilites were cleaned and disinfected thoroughly from the switches, to remotes to door handles. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and of good quality.
the room itself, from the carpet, to the lights is outdated. it needs serious updating. The walls are paper thin. We had a group of girls screaming non stop in the room next to us and all through the hallway. Management was called twice yet nothing was done.
Nothing, we checked out as soon as we saw the rooms
Pictures online were deceiving, building was rough, inside of rooms were dirty and smelled
Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and great jacuzzi.
The parking price is ridiculous, the wifi was unreliable, and having robes in the room would have been a nice touch when you book a jacuzzi room.
Check in after 11pm
Woulda been nice for reception to do something about no hot water rather then try to refund us $75. Asked for a fix but nothing, so we checked in at 11pm and checked out 5am the same night. Overall poor service for Hilton brand hotel.
Nothing. The room wasn’t what I requested. I didnt want to stay. I asked for my money back and the refused
Everything!! I was very disappointed and I still want my money back
ROOM WAS A LITTLE TIGHT BUT VERY COMFORTABLE. VIEWS WERE AMAZING. ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT. VERY FAST SERVICE. FOOD HOT!!!
Room was near elevator and was very noisey
The convenience of being close to the casino and connected by walkway is great. No winter weather to contend with.
Furnishings are really showing their age. Bathroom could have used a real cleaning.
Enjoyed the view but wish we were on higher floor for the money we spent on a couples getaway
Coffee maker didn't work Only one comfortable chair to sit in Water pressure in shower nothing but a trickel
View of the Falls was great. Could get to Casino through the walkway was a bonus. We had a two room suite which was a perfect size.
They only had velet parking and that was very expensive.
View was great, employees were supporive
nothing
Broken promises
Access to casino
The hotel was under reconstruction. Pool didn't work. Ice machine on my floor didn't work, or one floor under.
Two bedroom suite with jaccuzi was anazing experience. I loved the way bathroom had a glass wall openning toward the room and you could see the falls from jaccuzi.
Parking is too expensive. $20 per day self and $25 valet plus tax.
Jacuzzi tub
Pool water was a little cold.
The pool was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Our room's view of the falls was breathtaking. Centrally located to most attractions. Hotel offers a variety of restaurants to suite your style of dining.
The exercise equipment was not working, needed maintenance, very outdated. Room could have used a few upgrades: new carpeting, wall paper.
View, service, value of money
Line up near the elevators, no change room in the pool. Huge line up during check-out time. 4 elevators are not enough for the South tower
check out niagara falls
everything was nice
The deluxe 2 bdrm suite was fantastic!
It was great but pricey.
enjoyed the location to the falls and casino, beautiful room with alot of room.
Breakfast buffet was not up to par. would get different answers from staff when asked a question. Did not like the fact we could not change the date of our reservation (medical emergency came up) Most likely would not book under these circumstance again.
This is the second time to stay at the Hilton - the staff are very friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable. I have also booked my family at the same hotel and they loved it
My husband and I had a georgeous king size bedroom with a huge balcony, however there was only one chair in the room - another chair would be appreciated.
We loved the view and the location. We stayed on the ninteenth floor and it was wonderful.
Yes, the things we did not prefer was that there was no free internet, as there is in many budget hotels. I also did not like the fact that I needed to pay $2.11 for coffee in the hotel lobby.
It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, with a great view of both falls. Have recommended to several people
