Supervisor named Jackie made this stay an amazing experience!! She was extremely helpful and very professional! She had great patience with us and assisted us with every need! She deserves to be recognized for doing an excellent job and giving amazing customer service! Thanks very much, Chris.
Only the location
Housekeeping should get all the profits this rip off hotel is making. They are doing an incredibly difficult job turning those old disaster rooms into a habitable zone.
Shame on Hilton. The worse experience ever had. We booked a premium suite. Room is long past due it's useful lifetime. Dirty, ugly, old, bad audor, dusty, not well maintained. Windows are very dirty from the outside. What's the point paying for a premium view only to see spiders and dirt? The thik spider webs shows no window cleaning was made in a very long time Wifi is very slow Personnel wasn't nice
Liked the comfort of the room.
Short answer is nothing.
The first room they tried to put us in a room that resembled a broom closet. They gave us and "upgrade" only bbecause my husband is a good member. This room was tragic. The "City View" that was advertised looked right into new construction, not thrilled. The room had thick layer of dust,, the A/C didn't work, the bed was worn out and the picture in the bathroom had slipped in its frame and yet was still hanging in the room. The main reason we stayed here was to eat dinner at Brasa....which happened to be closed and yet was not advertised through the booking process. Went down for breakfast and the mugs at the table they sat us at had lipstick on them. Waste of money and a night of very little sleep. To top it off two drinks at Starbucks cost 14 which is $6.00 higher than a regular location. We will never stay here again. Disappoint and disgusted.
