Pros (+) Hotel staff were very helpful. Didn't need to move car walking distance of falls and restaurants. Food was excellent at red roof inn . Thanks for a nice anniversary. Not all attractions were open because of covid.

Pros (+) The location was everything! It’s about a 10 minute walk from the falls which was perfect. When driving by car, it’s easily accessible and close to highway. The beds were really comfortable and the Anchor restaurant downstairs had pretty good food!
Cons (-) The bathroom is super small!! You just barely have enough room to sit on the toilet. Although the hotel has been through a renovation, the doors are old and they stick when it’s humid. Our door wouldn’t open and has to have maintenance come up for him to just say “you have to pull the door up as you turn the handle.” Another thing is the pool looked underwhelming and there’s no hot tub.

Pros (+) It was close to goat island entrance
Cons (-) Hallways smelled bad. Breakfast wasn’t included. Nothing in neighborhood to eat. But thing that bugged me the most was when I asked consierge for help on how to plan our day, he did a hard hard sell on a greyhound bus tour. Wouldn’t help me with any other questions. We moved to the Canada side the next day.

Pros (+) This hotel is all about location. Walking distance to all of the U.S. side Niagara Falls attractions.
Cons (-) Our room was dated. Bed was past it's prime.

Pros (+) Room, location, value, and especially the staff. Right down to the maintenance personnel. Very friendly and effective front desk.

Cons (-) Service was terrible. First, they only had one treadmill in their small under equipped fitness center and that sole treadmill was OUT OF ORDER. Also, room service did not clean our room, although I talked to them and the front desk 3 times to do so without any luck

Pros (+) The lobby was good, the staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The night we arrived there the fire alarms alarmed went off early hours, it was very disruptive and no staff came to state it was a false alarm you had to go to the lobby. Although they made up for breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was not very clean needed cleaning.
