Pros (+) The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the falls and the convention center The room size was comfortable and big The amenities (microwave and fridge) are very useful and crucial.
Cons (-) There were spiders and spider webs around the mirror and blockage in the air vents in the bathroom. The room or carpet cleaner smelled very bad and couldn't change the room because they didn't have any other rooms available. There are student dorms for the culinary institute across the street on 2 floors and so there are rare parking spaces infant of the hotel. There was no valet or concierge and ...

Pros (+) Convenience to the Falls. Staff was accommodating.
Cons (-) Air conditioner went out, said it was fixed but it was still to hot. Had to call for maintenance for shower no hot hot water and water pressure. Had to gather all our things and move to another room which was an inconvenience. Will not stay there again.
