Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciated the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Niagara Falls and the park, making sightseeing easy. Many also found the breakfast satisfactory and the staff generally helpful, though some reviews noted inconsistent service. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, with multiple guests describing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. While a few found the beds comfortable, issues with maintenance, noise, and value for price were also mentioned. Overall, the location stood out as the main positive, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
