I appreciated that Staff wasn't in my face, yet were very attentive, professional and friendly when approached with any requests. The room was very clean, beautifully made-up. It was fresh, comfortable and quiet. I was offered an upgrade without asking for it, which was an awesome bonus and I enjoyed every...
