Lost some of my stuff by cleaning the room..Told me I am lying...No compensation. Feel not taken seriously. Send to legal support insurance.. Mvg Ab Hoogland
The hotel was nice and a perfect location for getting around the centre.
Water was getting in the room and it took 4 hours to get a replacement room??
Beautiful building. Location great for easy access to the centre of Newcastle for theatre, shops, historical sites and galleries. Super if you are traveling by train. Staff very friendly and helpful
Great location and impressive entry lobby. Lovely décor in room.
Thumping disco music til the early hours.
The location is excellent and good value for money. The breakfast was also very nice and good value for money.
The noise from the street was insane. Constant and blaring. Anyone staying in that room should be prewarned. I also booked a king room because I wanted a bath and all the pictures showed the rooms as having baths and mind had only a shower which was disappointing.
