Good quality breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff on reception and the bar area.
The room was quite noisey at night with what seemed to be rattling pipes and water from toilets/showers above. Bed quite uncomfortable and room smaller than expected for an executive king room.
Location perfect! Breakfast was superb - so much choice, even though one of us is vegetarian and one of us required gluten free! Lovely rooms - very clean and comfortable.
kettle in room was quite old and could do with replacing
Good customer service
Breakfast could be better. Pillows too hard. Noise from outside. Car park view! Room too small. No carpet. Not a fan of wooden floor. Basically I paid £100 per night. It was not worth that money. More like £60. Or 3 star.
The window net was filthy and the room was constantly full of flies when the balcony door was opened , was this because of the dirty net at the window?
There was a good selection of food at breakfast. Everything fresh and very tasty.
