Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The staff receives high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests highlighting individual team members for exceptional service. While many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the amenities, some noted issues with cleanliness, slow housekeeping, and limited pool access. The rooftop views and overall atmosphere are also appreciated. However, a few guests felt the hotel did not fully meet five-star expectations, particularly regarding facilities and value for price.
