Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore SoHo and nearby areas. The service stood out as particularly friendly and accommodating, with staff often going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Many reviewers highlighted the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, several guests found the room sizes to be smaller than expected, with some mentioning outdated furnishings or limited space for luggage. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere, stylish decor, and attention to guest needs made for an enjoyable stay overall.
