Location to theaters, train, shopping is excellent
Shower had mold and broken tile-didn’t use it
Extremely noisy, filthy
The lobby is very stylish, so it looked promising upon arrival. As soon as I enters the room, the illusion ended
Couldn’t sleep because of the noise. No noise canceling windows, no dark shades. Very filthy. Dirty windows, dirty desk. Stains on carpet and furniture. Impossible to relax in this room
No restaurant in the hotel
Location perfect, bed and leenen verry confortable.
Old, moisture in the bath, carpet every where
The hotel is accessible to most everything and conveniently located.
The bathroom needed a place to rest your bathroom utilities. The sink didn't have any counter space.
Great value, very convenient location to Times Square
Very small rooms
Carpets were very old and did not look very clean...many stains on them. Bathroom was very small but nice.
The lobby, bar and front office staff were wonderful.
The rooms are micro-dorm sized and the bathrooms are dingy and outdated. The room gets so hot! Small price to pay for the location.
Only redeeming quality - HAMILTON playing across the street, plus HAM gift shop right next door.
Too stuffy and hot inside hotel lobby and rooms, even during heatwave! Thermostat didn't help, and it made our stay uncomfortable. Plus they accidentally charged me an extra night! Room too small, esp. for expensive price.
Room was somewhat small but if you are just using it to sleep, it's fine. Superlative location for the theatre district.
I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The room was way smaller than expected - not very clean either. The bed hat the wrong size. We booked a king size bed and got a queen size bed instead. The carpet was filthy, the AC and the safe were both broken and the heat regulation in the shower came off. The AC started in the late evening on its own cooling down the room to 60°F. Therefore, we called the front desk. The person working there was simply rude. We had to fight for an additional blanket. Storing the luggage in the baggage room was charged additionally. I never experienced such poorly service in a hotel.
I like the proximity to Times Square.
It was very small.
