Very comfortable bed and large room by NYC standards - I thought the 2 large bottles of water in the room were complimentary and having drank them my husband pointed out that they were $10 a bottle - come on Kimpton you can and should provide complimentary water

Great central location for exploring Manhattan. Cool atmosphere and great views from our room. Delicious beer and cocktails in the bar.
Having to pay $18 for tea for two people in the room is too much. It would be better to provide a kettle and tea bags in the room on a complimentary basis as is the norm in all UK hotels.

The suite was nicely appointed. It felt like a small NYC apartment. Perfect for two and very comfy.
The “jacuzzi” tub was not actually a Jacuzzi, but just a large tub for two. It is beautiful and we did enjoy it, but there are no jets as the word Jacuzzi implies.
