We enjoyed our stay. We were attending an event at Carnegie Hall. The location was great and seems to have been recently renovated. We found it to be clean, comfortable and cozy. We will hopefully stay again.

Cons (-) No heat - central and they decide when it turns on and how much. Extremely small rooms - about 8 inches between bed and table chair on side of bed. Mattresses need replacement - slept in a hole

Cons (-) The room had two windows . Each of them had two glasses . One of the glasses of each was broken . Despite the heater provided by Reception was not 100% comfortable . I sent a claim to customer services at the hotel and did not reply me so far . I am asking for a credit of my stay to reward for the inconvenience .
