Location and restaurants.
Resort fee and no coffee in room.
Champagne toast at 3 was about it.
The fact we had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st time was due to the fact our room was filled with marijuana and cigarettes from the room next door. Night manager said...ya these rappers just pay the $500 fine and smoke anyway. Well I personally as well as my girlfriend have a job where we get drug tested. Management then put us on the 1st floor in a much smaller room than I booked. The next day while we were exploring the city we got a call from the hotel to please come back so they can change our room. We said you know what we only have one more night we will just stay in the smaller room. He said no that won’t work we need. So we had to get in a Lyft and head back to the hotel from the 911 memorial to change rooms yet again. At this point I’m so angry I can’t see straight. My girlfriend had never been to NYC and our hotel was a bust. I was trying to stay in a not so trendy area for a NYC experience. No coffee pots in the room. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
