5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely- some of the friendliest/kindest people we met in Japan. The accommodation is very close to the train station. Beds were comfortable. We were travelling for then MotoGP and was only 40 minutes to Utsunomiya which is where the buses left to go to the track.
Cons: As a family of 3 we stayed in 2 smoking rooms as this was all that was available to fit us on the dates we were travelling. The windows do open tho which was nice for some fresh air. There was mould on the bathroom walls. The paint-wallpaper was peeling in the bedroom. It is next to the bullet train line which is quite noisy.
