Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's historic charm, unique atmosphere, and central location, highlighting its colonial elegance and fascinating ambiance. Many appreciated the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff, though some experienced inconsistent service. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, poorly maintained pool and grounds, and aspects of the property feeling dated or in need of refurbishment. The pool area and garden, in particular, received criticism for lack of upkeep. Overall, guests found the hotel memorable for its character and history, but improvements in maintenance and service could enhance the experience.
