Great location. Better than any other Best Western Hotels I have stayed in past. I generally stay at Hilton and Marriott hotels but I was able to book them for the New Year. This hotel is as nice as most Hilton and Marriotts I stay at. We will most definitely be staying there on our next visit to Nashville.

Pros (+) The water pressure in the shower was great
Cons (-) We were woken up several times by extremely loud guests on a different floor. They were yelling and running down the halls at 3:30am. We called the front desk with no answer several times. Then at 6am the alarm went off without being set by one of us.

Pros (+) Generally, it was comfortable, convenient and moderately priced. Breakfast was OK.
Cons (-) The staff that was supposed to clean the room etc, did not do so 3X and once they started knocking on the door at 8:30 am to clean the room. They apparently don't understand that the hanging card on the door has 2 sides which tell them whether to clean the room or if the guest wants privacy.
