Cons (-) The only think that I didn't like was that there were some teeny tiny ants on the kitchen counter. We mentioned it to the maid and maintenance came within 15 minutes to deal with it. The service was excellent. And it is South Florida, so some insects are to be expected. I'd rather have ants than no-see-ums! Everything else was wonderful.
