The staff received high marks for friendliness and attentive service, and many guests appreciated the unique, charming, and retro atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, some reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly regarding dust and room maintenance, and a few found the rooms to be small or dated.
