Staff was great, location is good and beds were comfy
The rooms need updated, smoke stained and dark.
Pros: Good location to old Montreal (15 minute walk) on-site breakfast, on-site parking, clean beds and clean bathroom in the room, cable tv, ac, frig for leftovers /drinks and a good value.
Cons: spotty WiFi in the bedroom, lobby needs a cozy face-lift & paint job, elevators looked shabby, no tourism brochures to jump start trip, the ac made a light buzzing noise that became ‘white noise’ after a while
Entry card kept not working
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Room was clean, but could use updating (specifically electrical outlets). Would stay again!
Underground parking lot was VERY small. Struggled to park a midsize SUV, so bring a smaller car if possible. Room had air conditioning but it was weak; not going to be fun in the warmer months.
The WiFi doesn’t work.
