Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Montreal on foot and access attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Many found the beds comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. However, several reviews noted significant cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets and sofa beds, and mentioned that the hotel and its furnishings are dated and in need of renovation. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the complimentary offering and others finding it minimal or served in a cramped space. Overall, the positives centered on location, bed comfort, and service, while cleanliness and outdated facilities were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) I made a booking through KAYAK. Arrived at the hotel with my family. They told me the rooms were sold out and I that I was on my own to figure out the rest. Thanks.
Pros (+) Loved the location, sweet staff! Thank you!
Cons (-) N/A
Pros (+) Location was perfect. Presentation of the lobby was very poor. Ceiling had patches with boards and looked very shabby. Upon check in we asked a few local questions but the front desk clerk was not helpful at all.
