Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, presence of bugs and roaches, and poorly maintained facilities. Many also mentioned problems with service, including unhelpful or rude staff, though a few found some staff members friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was noted as convenient by some, but others felt unsafe or disturbed by the surrounding area. Value for price was questioned due to the poor condition of the rooms and amenities, and several guests were disappointed with the breakfast quality. However, a few positive remarks were made about comfortable beds and fast check-in.AI-generated from customer reviews
