Pros: Great location in the heart of the historic old town. Very friendly and helpful owners. Everything was very clean and the cakes at breakfast were wonderful.
Cons: Room was small and the bathroom was absolutely tiny - however this is all part of the charm of a very old building and I think was reflected in the price which was very reasonable. We were required to pay cash which I wasn’t expecting.

In front of each room there is a small theras with some privacy from the other rooms' therases. Also we asked and received for free a small baby bed, which was great.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was clean. Our room was more like an apartment with a decent sized kitchen and eating area and extensive bedroom area - but it looked there were a range of room types. There was a meat restaurant close by - 15 minute walk - which other guests enjoyed and a general restaurant - La Mosaica a short drive away.
Cons: Be prepared to drive to find a non meat restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great and very helpful staff, nice room, beautyful place. They recomend a car rental company which was excellent as well. The company was very professional. Swimming pool is clean, so you don't need to go to the beach everyday. Overall that was a best choice in our holiday.

Pros: The setting was superb
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was always late and in general when we asked for water or any extras it took a very long time to get them in the room with several reminders, i think this needs to be improved for a 5 star hotel. Also the menu was very nice for lunch however when we tasted the food it was not 5 stars thank you

Cons: No buffet breakfast, no wine in the minibar. I didn’t get if they have room service except for breakfasts. Laundry service is very slow.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff were amazing throughout (reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar), couldn’t be more helpful. Location was incredible with spectacular views onto the Adriatic. The whole property was very well kept and a stunning place to spend some time.
Cons: Beds were a little hard and as it was end of season, certain stocks were low (such as wine).
Il Melograno - Monopoli - Building

9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful property , with lovely pools and spa if you want that. Very private , you feel like you are the only one there, but only see others a breakfast or at the pool. This makes it very private which is great. The staff are very helpful , the breakfast great . So all in all a wonderful place to stay.
Cons: Nothing , maybe a softer mattress we found ours too hard.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This property is located in a remote old farm, very tranquil and beautiful interiors.
Cons: A bit too much off the beaten track, you definitely need a car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Very clean rooms. Top service.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location. Buildings and cleanliness
Cons: We thought the food was very poor for a 5* hotel, the dinner was very overpriced and food very pretty awful. The service at dinner was also not good, we had to ask for a pudding menu as they staff didn't seem to notice whether we had or hadn't finished our meal.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was very good - the staff were good but it sometimes took a long time to get served outside the main areas.
Cons: The room overlooked two courtyards. Firstly, the bottles were emptied at around 11:30 every night - which woke us up! Surely it would be better to do this in the morning when people are awake? Secondly, there was a party of cyclists who were up in the courtyard at 6 am and as they were Americans they were basically shouting at each other oblivious to the fact that people around them were still sleeping. We had hoped that this would only happen on one occasion but it was three mornings in the end. Given the size of the hotel - we couldn't understand why this couldn't be done in the events area away from sleeping areas or alternatively put the cyclists in those rooms!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities for a 5 star experience. Great breakfast!
Cons: Dinner was very disappointing and overpriced. Worst meal in the area and not up to the hotels standard.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Il Melograno is a beautiful hotel, the grounds are stunning scattered with ancient olive trees. Our room was quite lovely, kept exceptionally clean by housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options available. We stayed here for 1 week and had dinner on the last night which was excellent, well worth it. Sadly we didn’t get to see or use the spa or beach as we were to busy exploring the area on a scooter that we hired locally.
Cons: il Melograno is very isolated so transport is absolutely essential to get around. From the hotel into Monopoli by taxi cost 25 Euros! (Ask the taxi price first as the price fluctuates) Once in Monopoli you can get the train which runs frequently. To Bari (for example) was 2.20 Euros each so very cheap.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast in the living room area was delicious, healthy and generous. The spa and pools were modern and convenient after a day of site seeing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This masseria was extremely nice! The facilities were great - lovely swimming pool and the beach club was a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish it could have been longer!
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly. Breakfast/dinner excellent quality.
Cons: Had to use hotel's taxi service into Monopoli centre which was very expensive - 30 euros each way for a 5 minute drive! They should offer a complimentary shuttle into town and back like they do for the beach. Not enough sun beds around the pool for amount of guests at hotel which is not really acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Masseria Torrepietra - Monopoli - Building
7
8.9 Excellent (326 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Masseria Torrepietra in Monopoli, you'll be next to a golf course, within a 15-minute drive of Zoo Safari Fasano and Parco Belvedere Lama. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.1 Good
Pros: Modern comfortable large rooms
Cons: Both nights (Thursday and Friday) we stayed there was a wedding so we didn’t get to experience the nicer part of the hotel to chill and relax in. There was no advance warning of this from management or acknowledgement this wasn’t ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Only an 8 min drive to monopoli, from start to finish the staff were truly something. We recently married and they showered us with prosecco and delicious sweets. The surrounding pool and gardens were very pretty. The room was modern, clean and felt very luxurious. The bed was like a pillow. Oh lunch was delicious we had octopus and fava as well as the traditional pasta. The receptionist was sweet and happy to make suggestions. We were sad to leave monopoli
Cons: Only small but the shower head kept spraying out of the shower which made the tiles wet and slippery
5.0 Okay
Pros: The proximity of the room to the pool, the room was fairly quiet , although not soundproofed as advertised
Cons: Poor reception of staff, honestly its pretty obvious that the most important guests are the ones with a wedding booking, not the people who just want to b and b . We had asked to use the laundry service, it seemed like it was a bit of a problem at first, its obviously not a service they usually provide. The setting was beautiful , but we felt we had only a small portion of the hotel to use , because weddings were taking place every day. We didnt feel like paying guests , we felt like we were almost not welcome. Soap was not replaced every day in the bathroom , thankfully we had taken our own. Bar was not open as advertised until 11. The bar lights were always off before 10pm and we felt like we were a nuisance asking for a drink from the bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That was an excellent stay. Staff was extremely friendly. We booked a suite with jacuzzi on a terrace that was a great idea! A lot of great restaurants are located nearby (~3-5 minutes by car). Very close to Monopoly (~7 minutes) and Polignano a Mare (~10 minutes). Great rooms, very delicious breakfast - highly recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated property, fantastic pool, delicious lunch and aperitivo. Friendly staff and easy parking.
Cons: Slightly loud during a wedding at night, bed could use a few more pillows, a little removed from downtown Monopoli.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything really. Beautiful hotel, lovely pool, classy without being stuffy.
Cons: Maybe some body lotion in the bathroom?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly, nice breakfast and lunch and the exterior of the masseria really is amazing plus a good location.
Cons: -
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything excellent! Nice staff, beautiful and comfortable room. Very good breakfast
Cons: Not exactly a problem, but could be closer to Monopoli - but it was our choice anyway =)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast Location Swimming pool area
Cons: WiFi Shower
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and lunch was very good.
Cons: They should heat the pool. It’s like ice water.
B&B da Alfredo - Monopoli - Bathroom
8
9.2 Excellent (47 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at B&B da Alfredo places you in the heart of Monopoli, steps from Cathedral of Romualdo Museum and Cathedral Basilica of SS. Mary of Madia. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - great location , close to everything - equipped kitchen - they provide parking nearby 5 eur/day - clean and quiet
Cons: - We selected and were promised a double bed, but what they provide is two single beds which they just put together or apart. This was sort of a big issue, because it was like sleeping on two separate beds with my partner (cause the beds tend to go apart all time and you have to sleep on the gap between mattresses which is not comfortable at all)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Monopoli is one of the most wonderful places where I had been in Italy. The city is not very big, but there are everything to charm and allow you to relax the way you want: quiet and calm when you need it, and a lot of fun when you have a mood. There are a lot places where you can walk, relax, sit or dance. Very nice old town, with its cozy streets and beautiful, ancient architecture, a beautiful port and a small promenade. The beaches are mostly rocky, but this definitely has its own beauty. There are sandy beaches, but there have always been a lot of people, since in August many Italians come here to relax, as in a resort place. Alfredo Apartments are perfectly located in the old town, within walking distance of the new town and the central places where you can walk, have lunch and dinner in the old town. Life in the old town is in full swing until 2 at night, but the apartment is so well located that you won’t hear some noise if you want to go to bed earlier. At the same time, you feel completely safe if you go when it is already dark. Tatyana is one of the most hospitable person I have met. Upon check-in, she gave maps of the city, explained where and what is located, how it works, gave a bus schedule and told everything about the city. Throughout the rest, she took care that everything was in order and wondered whether we needed something. The apartments themselves had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is not luxury, but very cozy, clean and comfortable, it’s all you need for wonderful holiday and good mood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, close to the center and also to the beach. The kitchen is nice for preparing small dishes. We received fresh fruits, by the time of our arrival cold water was waiting for us. The owner, Tatiana was really caring and helpful. I would definetely recommend the place.
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very central but quiet.wonderful view!
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was all right , the room was very big with high ceiling , the beds are comfortable ...and that is it
Cons: We had some problems with the neighbour, he woke up at 6 every morning and we could hear everything he did, the room was a little bit dark, we were missing the balcony, the window faces the police station, they had not much work but some days they were running the cars and talked in front of us on the street , the kitchen utensils were quiet limited , we did not have hot water in the shower some times , we could not figure it out why , the shower was very small , not suitable for bigger than average guys.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very, very clean. If you want cleaning every day, it will happen every single day. Host available all the time and very helpful and caring, if you need anything you just have to ask. We received more than we expected(for example extra breakfasts right in front of our doors in the morning). Perfect coffee and olive oil also included. Host speaks English very well.
Cons: Wifi didn’t work good enough, probably because of the heavy stone walls, in the bedroom it was impossible to watch some YT video on smartphone, only worked for social media. In the kitchen most of the time the signal was better but not always.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You’ve found it! I could not recommend this apartment more highly. From the moment you walk into this bright, large, spotlessly clean apartment you will start to love your stay in Monopoli. Tatiana is the most helpful, gracious, considerate host we have encountered during our 7 weeks in Italy. She went out of her way from a prompt check in late in the evening to offering to drive us to the bus stop on departure. She has added countless thoughtful touches to the apartment to further enhance your stay. The cold water and fresh fruit on arrival was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect. Minutes from cafes, restaurants, the beach, sights and a 10 min walk to the train station. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing host from the very first minute I entered the place!! Not only being super nice and got me even some fresh fruits, but also offering her services for whatever I needed. Made this short trip even more enjoyable :) Highly recommend and would stay there again!
7.5 Good
Pros: Tatiana was kind and helpful. The property was in a great location with a kitchenette included
Cons: Decor dated & dull. Property has huge potential to command double the price we paid for our stay with an interior revamp
Beauty Beach Villa - Monopoli - Bedroom

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Beauty Beach Villa in Monopoli, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Zoo Safari Fasano and Acquapark Egnazia. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything else is great! Staff, location and rooms
Cons: The fence at the entrance wasn't automatic
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the beach.
Cons: The place was really remote, hard to access and there seemed to be a disorganised familial vibe amongst the staff. It really felt like they were waiting on us to leave the morning we were fo to leave. It would have been fine if it was an €50 a night establishment, but it wasn’t.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Very hot and the air conditioning in the room was excellent as was the Wifi
Cons: There was no receptionist at night as the staff left at about 6pm and only reappeared at about 7.30am the next morning. No facilities for coffee and the breakfast was rather inadequate
6.7 Good
Pros: The welcome was very kindly. The girl spoke good english. She left in the early evening. In the morning there were 2 ladies. 1 could speak a little bit of english the other woman not. I like the place of the property in Monopoli. You can walk to the beach directly.
Cons: The room was very nice but the shower was not good. There was no pressure in the morning. So we could not shower. Also was the breakfast very austere/sparse. There were plenty of cakes. Typically Italian. If you went to breakfast a bit later the eggs, cheese and tomatoes were gone, you were out of luck. You had to take something else (the cakes). That is wat the lady said.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and service minded staff. Nice relaxing and spacious area outside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The public beach is just in front of the door, place is quiet and clean, staff is very friendly and breakfast is good, fresh and authentic home cakes. Bed is very comfortable!
Cons: Location is very distant from any shop, restaurant or anything really, but if you are looking for peaceful and beach experience it’s just perfect. Better go there by car so you can drive around to the nearest towns when you want. Not many facilities, TV could be smart so you get some entertainment.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, easy access to beach and bar!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place , with private atmosphere, good rooms , terrace from the rooms , very handsome personal )
Cons: Honestly just one wish can be correct it’s aboyf breakfast , more fruits please
4.2 Okay

Pros: Amazing staff, will be coming back to this location. B&B is right on the beach with loads of restaurants just a stones throw away. We got engaged on the roof top terrace to end a fabulous stay. Best Scott and Allie
Cons: Nothing
Masseria Santa Teresa - Monopoli - Building
10
8.5 Excellent (543 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Masseria Santa Teresa in Monopoli, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Castellana Caves and Parco Belvedere Lama. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.9 Good
Pros: The grounds were beautiful but more for a secluded or retreat vacation. The rooms were clean. For the price it was great.
Cons: The property was very secluded but the grounds were beautiful. The picture on your site is deceiving. Monopoli is on the water but the hotel is far from it. Staff not very interactive but will help when needed. You have to drive everywhere
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful views to the coast with a clean infinity pool. Good food in the restaurant.
Cons: Not much. The WiFi is pretty useless but maybe that’s a sign to turn off your phone and relax
5.8 Okay
Pros: Rooms were clean, towels were changed daily. Pool was clean as well. Cats are adorable! Be a good guest and take care of them!
Cons: Oh, where should I begin: - there is not enough staff. Period. The ones that are there are not motivated to do anything, at all. They are nice, no doubt about it, but they do not move a finger unless you ask them to. - most reliable & the only ones that did their job properly were the cleaning ladies. - our first (and last) dinner was a fiasco. Food didn’t arrive, table was not cleaned in time, waiter had to be searched for, and by the time we found him to order dessert, kitchen was closed. All the good wines were out (but not only, this is an ongoing story here). - breakfast is poor. Lots of sweets and barely anything fresh and healthy. Minimal choice. They have a beautiful terrace, lots of space outside, lots of space in the restaurant as well. However, every one is crammed in a little cavy room for breakfast. - everything outside (except for the pool) is worn out: the table chairs are sticky and dirty, the pool chairs are old, rusty, broken and some poorly repaired. - even when the hotel is full, the pool bar is not open. There is just one person responsible for the entire hotel bar, restaurant & pool bar. He is nice and forthcoming, but you do have to look for him and ask him to come outside to serve you anything from the bar. - it’s OVERPRICED! 170€/night for a “junior suite” it’s simply waaay to much considering all the above. Plus the so called suite is a room, with a bed. That. Is. It. What you see in the photos is NOT what you get. We got the “new suites” and apparently, there were no funds for a closet, proper furniture etc. - the words that best describe this place are “lack of interest”. And it’s sad, as there is so much potential here, so much that a manager could do, or someone with experience in the field. It’s obvious when you stay here that the owner of this place simply does not care. About anything.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The best breakfast we had in whole Puglia. We could order good quality coffee and fried eggs. Amazing views and beautiful and well kept gardens; There is a big and also deep swimming pool, the water is freezjng cold though. The bianco spino room was situated in the new building wich was decorated simply, yet beautifully. We also had a nice garden to our selves.
Cons: For practicallity reasons we do recommend the following: - extra towels for the swimming pool; - the towels in the room hang on wooden sticks, which have splinters and which make the towels smell like the wood (so in the end it looks beautiful, but is not practical at all) - extra toiletpaper instead of standard only one, so the guest do not need to ask for more every time; - after turning off the lights the room is still lit by several light sources from appliances in the room; - bigger refridgerators, so guests can cool their own drinks; - something to put your suitcase on;
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved beautiful olive trees all around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was super. The facilities were excellent and the view from the room was very impressive. There is a pool which was very well received even in late September. The grounds were beautiful.
Cons: The menu at the time we stayed was very limited, and it seemed that the wad only 1 wine as what ever seemed to be offered, the same alternative was offered. The good was excellent though.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Wifi does not work properly and in the room, poor air conditioning, small bathroom. Parking in the city and not within the property
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is good, in the center of the city.
Cons: It is not hotel, it is old apartment.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great and the room was massive. The windows blocked the noise out and there was AC in the room. We had a great stay.
Cons: There could be better equipment in the kitchen.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was large , bright and had a nice balcony
Cons: It is on the main street which is great for accessibility to all the main bars and restaurants, but it was very loud at night.
4.2 Okay
Pros: we occupied one room in the apartment. pretty big with high ceilings. no airconditioning because remote control was broken. the ladies room was very small. we have a balcony but kept the door closed because of noize outside. the building is on the main noisy street. on Friday it was very loud noise up to 1 am. the cleaning lady was nice. we used a kitchen to cooked a breakfast. was small and overstuffed.
Cons: did not like the location. there was business like restaurants and meat store next to a building where we rented an apartment. .

Pros: the hotel was great, staff were really friendly and very willing to help. was very clean and very well kept location was great, shirt walk to the beach. got free beach towels and a free sunbed voucher for the beach also a free shuttle bus to beach
Cons: breakfast could of been a wider range but otherwise great
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice conceptual hotel. Good location near Monopoli 5 mins drive max. 4-5 mins drive to the beach as well. Most of the staff was friendly, they helped us upgrade the room to a very spacious and nice decorated one. And welcomed us with some good and cold prosecco. The bed was big and comfortable, lots of good pillows, spacious bathroom, clean room. The restaurant was pretty romantic, and not very crowded which made our stay more pleasant + the good morning coffee. Lots of parking places and amazing Valet. Helped us with our tons of luggages. Not to many activities for two families with two small kids (3+ years) but we would recommend it for the vibrant and romantic feel of the place.
Cons: Breakfast - pretty poor + no variety. Restaurant - decent food, but few dishes, opens late, so unless you book your lunch in advance, you need to serve it some other place. Pool - clean but pretty small, and not kids friendly Staff - overall nice and friendly, only some of them are speaking english. Beach - Not so great, don’t lose your time here, better visit other beaches there are plenty of them around (15-25 mins drive).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. Took time to find as in Capitolo not Monopoli as address indicates. Very quiet and as we were just out of season you need to enjoy your own company. Room was very interesting and in keeping . Everyone helpful when asked.
Cons: Not enough explanation as to where everything was. Easy to find but bikes were available but not offered to us.
7.9 Good
Pros: It was perfect for relaxing and is a beautiful location close to sea and countryside. The staff are very helpful and had great recommendations for our visit. We visited Alberobello while we where there which was a highlight of our trip.
Cons: My partner disliked the hard beds but it didn't bother me much. The location is about 10/15 minutes away from closest ( lively) town Monopoli, so would advise to rent a car or will need taxi.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Very expensive hotel, but I don't know why. Price was like in Radisson, Marriot or Hilton. This is hotel *** not *****
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, breakfast, pool, personnel
Cons: Little local products
5.0 Okay
Pros: They were finally willing to let us go after one night, even if we have booked 4 nights, but it took a lot of discussion. The front desk man was kind, but the owner, who did not speak English, was rather stubborn
Cons: Everything! The photos on the website do not match reality at all. It is an old worn-down building, the surroundings not so nice and it is a good walk to the beach. We had selected the hotel because of it SPA, but what is not mentioned on the web-site is that you can only use the SPA if you make a reservation and it costs 45 Euros per person pr. visit! The gym is small and badly equipped. And finally the wi-fi did not work at all. We checked out after just one night.
6.7 Good
Pros: Large comfy bed. Lovely pool. Beautiful grounds. Shuttle bus to private beach and bikes both included free.
Cons: 45 euros for a spa with no treatments too expensive. 25% service charge to have a drink at the pool. Air conditioning not great.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was very good and the Masseria was as we expected. Reception staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Breakfast was sparse, i expected fresh breads and a better selection. Juices were from cartons which is poor. Waiting staff worked hard but not overly friendly or attentive. Swiming pool closing during the day was odd, and the mattresses around the pool were old and grubby. A party on one night was very annoying blaring music until well past 2am directly above our room. No apology or warning that this was going to take place. The extra guests took most of the breakfast following morning which was not adequately replenished. Also there was no mention when booking that you had to pay 45 euros each to use the spa for 90 minutes
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location, the room, the swimming pool, the territory, the beach (there is also organized transfer to the beach). The had very good stay and rest here.
Cons: We did not like the dinner

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view and location Excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the location
Cons: No privacy between potty and sleeping Area. May be only in our room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff treated us great. When we arrived we had cine by car, which is a challenge as the street is extremely narrow, and didn’t really know what to do in terms of parking. I went to the hotel, while my boyfriend waited in the car and within 5 minutes we had someone take the car for us to find parking, we had a room and our bags delivered there as well. We also were offered to make a reservation at the rooftop restaurant for dinner. The receptionist gave us great suggestions for where to get the best local ice cream and pizza as well. We spent only 1 night there, but we thoroughly enjoyed it! Finally the location of this hotel is as good as it gets! And, it’s not a big hotel, meaning there are not a lot of other guests and thus the service tends to be more personal. Bottom line, just book it, you wont regret it!
Cons: The only minus I would say is that the food in the restaurant was nothing special, it wasn’t bad either. But the view and service compensated for that.
7.1 Good
Pros: Our room had a jacuzzi bath and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Our room was below ground with basically no natural light or windows and had a very bad drain smell at several points throughout each day - this wasn’t flagged at any stage on our booking. Food was nice but completely overpriced given the quality of local food available at half the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff were amazing. Hotel room was beautiful.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, romantic, very personal hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything! From the moment we are arrived they all made us feel like family
Cons: The room was a little tiny
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fab location Lovely room Elegant
Cons: Need better communication re parking Dinner breakfast etc as very spread out
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is the best you can get in Monopoli. Dinner on the rooftop tarrace was simply amazing, with top quality fine dinning and excellent service! But the best remains the room we had, which was very small, but amazingly positioned towards the sea. Can’t tell you how great it was to see both the full moon rise from the sea in your bed and also the sunrise in the dawn of day!
Cons: It’s hard to tell, but if i am to be picky, no access to the sea from the hotel and quite expensive place to be. But top quality doesn’t come cheap!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful stay in a gorgeous location.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most stunning terrace and small pool looking straight out over the sea.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and view from roof top terrace.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, breakfast, rooftop.
Cons: I felt too rushed; Check out is 10:30 and they seem really inflexible. I paid a lot of money for the room and they wanted me to pay 20Euros more for an extra hour (even for just the rooftop). They only have three rooms to clean; there should be no rush. My bed was also next to the thin sliding door that connects you to reception, so they're likely to wake you in the early morning when they get to work unless you are a heavy sleeper.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and sea views fantastic. Staff efficient and friendly.
Cons: Room very cold. Heating required in cold bathroom. No heavy bed covers. Not a place for winter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views. Fantastic staff
Cons: Our room was great but the shower was a handheld in the tub. A little awkward
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location was great and the staff who served us breakfast the next morning were really attentive and helpful
Cons: There wasn't any hot water in our suite so we had to have a cold shower over the bath. No access to the pool - we were told it would cost us 20 euro an hour to use it, which is a shame as it was closed on our day of arrival due to bad weather. We also got charged 5 euro for storing our luggage the next day - all basic things that you'd expect as part of your stay in a hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms, view and location are beautiful. Our room did not have a small pool which I highly recommend not getting. Lots of rules at this place.
Cons: I could not understand when family came to our room that were staying at the don fERRANTE that we were told we have to have all guest cleared. It put a damper on the experience. Breakfast in your room is just not something I enjoy. It was hot on the balcony and the room was not conducive to breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast on the rooftop was sensational.
Cons: We ordered aperitifs on the balcony and given the quality of the property were very disappointed to find they were a premix poured out of a bottle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not often do I get surprised by a hotel / or accommodation. Bellavista clearly exceeded my expectations. The infinity Pool area on the rooftop is much better than actually advertised. It is so stunning to be up there and gaze into the ocean from comfortable mattresses. Breakfast is served also on the roof / pool area. Its so amazing ! Its also located perfectly in the old down right on waterfront. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend to stay there.
Cons: I have no complaints. Maybe serve freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast ? And maybe a little stronger - or larger umbrella as the sun is pretty strong even in the morning.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were as helpful as they could be.
Cons: The room was effectively a cellar with a spa bath. The windows either end were below the ground and did not close properly. The air conditioning unit was directed at the bed and gave a minimal overall temperature regulation causing both of us aggravated respiratory problems. At times it was like an oven. Most distressing they refused to move us to different rooms although from your website they clearly were available. We left a day early because of increasing health problems. This was the earliest we could get our flights changed. In my opinion the room is a health hazard.

7.9 Good
Cons: Quite far from the center. Need transportation. Hotel will pick up from Bari airport for a fee.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and kind of old school. Breakfast was not of the best selection but fair enough, ham and cheese with bread I only missed vegetable.
Cons: There was no wifi in the rooms. The reception provided cable but the lenght was good just for siting at the table. The air conditioning has started operation at 6:06 am, could be good as wake up servise, but I just wanted to wake up later.
6.7 Good
Cons: Air conditioning system was so load, I couldn't sleep!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is comfortable, modern, purpose built. Things work. There is a rather elegant functioning bar and restaurant (neither of which I used).
Cons: It is further from the historic centre of Monopoli than I had expected and separated from it by a railway line that complicates navigation. A taxi to the centre costs €15.00.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fine and the beach club fabulous. The only problem was there was no one there. We only saw a couple of other people.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast is super good, wide choice and really high quality. The hotel is in front of a local supermarket. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beaches can be reached with a 5 minutes drive.
Cons: The room was clean but bathroom had a bad smell that didn't go away even after leaving the window open for half an hour. If you're travelling with two baggages you'll have no way to open the second one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpfull
