I loved the staff for the most part, location was great, very clean area and comfortable
the breakfast could definitely have had more options and should be extended to a later time such as 11am
great location, clean hotel, updated rooms, most staff was nice
they never gave us enough towels. had to call every day for towels. the over night staff isn't very nice. they were very grumpy and extremely rude. the day time staff was great - very accommodating and very nice
They didn't have a big supply of wash rags and towels and they was doing constructing.
Location of the hotel. Staff was accomadating when issues were brought to them.
No pool. No ice machine. No bar. Beach towels were not in good repair. Housekeeping was not consistent. Lobby and patio was always packed with other guest just lounging around especially late at night.
We were able to stay in a very recently remodeled room.
No ice machine in the hotel
Closeness to the beach and restaurants.
No elevator. Carpets are not clean. No safe box in the room.
The location
No elevator
The room was bad. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise
Good location. Near the beach and the night life of Miami. Rossi from the reception is a very helpful lady. Take care of the hot weather, specially the humidity!!!
Bring ur towels. I didn't really like the ones of the hotel. Some problems with cleaness
We stayed in 3 hotels (Princess Ann, President and Clay) during our vacation in Miami Beach and this one was the second best. I enjoyed that the room and the queen bed was large and the hotel was close to the beach. This was the only hotel (of the three mentioned above) that had breakfest included in the price. The breakfest it self was nothing special (cofee/tea/juice, cereal, toasts/muffins) but good enough to get the day started. I would recommend this hotel for people looking a relatively cheap place to stay, as it did not have any major problems (bugs, problems with running water etc.)
The hotel itself was quite old and the bathroom needed some renovation. There was no safe-box in the room; safe was available in the reception but it is not as convenient.
hotel lobby was good.
Limited breakfast and very small single room
Too old, just a place to sleep and take shower.
good location and good price
old furnitures. it needs some improvements...
simple hotel, comfortable, good quality/price. excellent situation. and breakfast included what it's rare in usa hotels.
Our room was very poor, teribble paint job - a large hole in one door - one bed had a very lumpy creaky mattress, carpet was so soiled my wife refused to walk on it in bare feet - micky mouse TV - no elevator - no clock in room - bathroom tile needs maintenance - this was not a nice stay for us - and for the money paid it was a rip off.- very disappointing
