Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions, the beach, and public transportation. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including unpleasant odors, pests, and general lack of upkeep in both rooms and common areas. Noise was a frequent complaint, with guests disturbed by street sounds, neighboring rooms, and activity from the attached bar or restaurant. Several guests were disappointed that breakfast was not served on-site as advertised, requiring a walk to another location. Service also received criticism, with reports of unresponsive staff, slow problem resolution, and inconsistent housekeeping. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise control, and service quality.
