Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near the beach, nightlife, and attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with several guests highlighting exceptional service from specific team members. Cleanliness is consistently noted as a positive aspect, and many appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms. While breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some noting limited options or extra charges, the overall experience is highly positive thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. Some negative comments mention noise, outdated decor in some rooms, and occasional service lapses, but these are outweighed by the positives.

Nick, Aug 2017
Pros (+) The front desk staff was very friendly. The location couldn't have been better. The room was fun and well decorated. The amenities were awesome - free water, happy hour drinks, towels to rent, and 20% off restaurant food.
Cons (-) The housekeeping service seemed to get to our room pretty late each day and the service at the restaurant wasn't the best.
