Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to public transportation, the city center, and major attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests highlighting positive experiences with service. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while some guests found their rooms clean and comfortable, others reported issues such as dirty rooms or pests. Bed comfort and noise levels are points of criticism, with complaints about hard beds and street noise affecting sleep quality. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but there are areas for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
