Perfect place to stay , best location.
Bilingual staff very helpful, great and safe location close to many important attractions, ample rooms, two restaurants inside with great and delicious food. Very inexpensive for being such an elegant hotel. I will come back....
The staff os great.
Hotel is a little out dated. Bedding was like a board. Carpet needs replacement.
My Stay 2015
I like the location of the hotel. It is located in the main street. Reforma. It is convenient location to walk or take a taxi to several destinations.
The maintenance on the shower equipment needs to be address. While I was enjoying a bath. Every time I opened the water the shoer head would leak. I noticed that housekeeping does not vacuum the rooms as part of the daily cleanup. More attention to detail is needed.
The nice, simple and spacious room
They only have two twin beds instead of one King bed as I requested. The shower head is not working so well. Neither does one of the place for toilet paper.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better and the price was excellent.
I liked the location and the breakfast buffet.
Many things in my room were in need of repair: toilet, towel rack, luggage rack, lamp, wall switch. Really shoddy workmanship. I was given a remote for the tv with no batteries in it. Also, I felt like I was the only guest., An out of place live person in a morgue. The lobby is grand but unwelcoming and uncomfortable.
The hotel needs a renovation
The central location, easy to go walking to intersting places.
Noise of traffic during week days and nights. I recomend only for weekends.
The location is ok.
The staff does not have comunication between each other so they bother you with the same questions. Managements is ok tried to arrange the problem of charging twice to my credit card (hotel fee). The room was extremely dirty!! Lots of dust in the room therefore my allergies got worst than ever! No basic things in the room like toilet paper, towels, etc. The room carpet was sticky and smelly!
More efficacy respect to room services.
Very nice hotel!!!
Could not find many employees that spoke English... the ones that did spoke very little. We were not treated very well due to the language barrier. This is information we need before choosig a hotel. There was no wireless connection, only a room where you can go on a landline. This is information needed when you use a laptop...
it's location is excellent
facilities are so poor, tea pot, and so on
staff very friendly and helpful
location of this hotel is very good, but the bulding is rtahre old and some things require renovation
they do not make any different between smoking and nonsmoking room, the room had a smell
Filthy. Could really need a brush up.
