Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's comfortable beds, beautiful pools, and attractive grounds. Many found the rooms well-designed and appreciated the lush gardens and unique wildlife. However, several reviews mentioned inconsistent service, maintenance issues, and high prices for food and amenities. Some guests noted construction noise, problems with cleanliness, and a lack of attention to detail in both service and facilities. The location was seen as both peaceful and somewhat isolated. Overall, while the hotel has great potential and some standout features, improvements in service and maintenance are needed.
