Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to city attractions and ease of access to central areas. However, there were frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and shared spaces, with several guests mentioning dirty floors, bathrooms, and old or uncomfortable mattresses. Opinions on service were mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others described them as unprofessional or unfriendly. Bed comfort was a recurring issue, with many reviews mentioning old, stained, or uncomfortable mattresses. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in cleanliness, bed quality, and consistency of service would greatly enhance the guest experience.
