Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, reviews were mixed or negative about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty carpets, bed sheets, and bathrooms. Service was inconsistent, with some guests encountering rude or inattentive staff, long wait times at check-in, and unresolved issues with refunds or room changes. The breakfast experience was underwhelming for several guests, citing long waits or unclear procedures. The pool was a disappointment for many, with complaints about it being closed, broken, or too cold. Overall, while some guests had a pleasant stay, others faced significant issues that impacted their experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
