Pros:
The staff was helpful but there was so many complications and hidden fees and my insurance purchased with Allianz as recommended by you guys wasn't valid. It took us 1hr+ to simply pick up the car...Cons:
Honestly, if there are any hidden fees, please tell us beforehand, nobody likes these type of surprises.8.8 Very Good
