The personal at the olaya Herrera airport was so nice. Very profesional and polite same way the guy name Andres at the Jose Maria cordoba airport. Very profesional polite and was a great experience using localiza rent car. The vehicle was great. Looking forward to rent again with them for my next trip. I was never given the car by sixt, they had a complete mess with their reservations. They told me my reservation was cancelled but I was never notified and still was deducted the fee. I need my refund.

They charged allot of money for cleaning but gave a dirty car, the car was old and car play wasnt working, after they showed a scratch on one side and charged allot saying it need to paint the full side. They are unfair people and will never rent again.

The car wasn’t ready by the time i arranged it. I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to arrive. When the car arrived, the staff member mentioned that the car wasn’t clean because they didn’t have the chance to wash it. The car smelled like weed and cigarettes the whole time, we found a blunt under the passenger seat. The staff member stated it that they didn’t have another car to rent it to me. I returned the car 3 hours prior the time, and asked them for some type of credit for the whole situation, they denied it. This is a very unprofessional company.
