Pros: The hotel has a great location, a short walk from Malmo's main train station and also within the popular Lilla Torg area. There are good restaurant and bar options around. The hotel room was very comfortable and was a good size. Breakfast was delicious, and such a wide spread!
Cons: The one issue I had was the shower. It was on the smaller size and had an awkward half-door type of enclosure. Unfortunately I did not take a pic but it can be seen on the website. This door wasn't very effective in keeping the water in and I had to put more than one towel down to keep the floor dry and non-slippery.

Cons: The hotel just hasn't aged well, it looks like something resembling a Polish ferry-boat. Pay the same rate at the hotel right across the street and you will have a much better experience.

Cons: Just a matter of taste, but the bed was not particularly good (my opinion) and the bathroom was a bit cramped. The breakfast, I had expected more variety and wider selection and fresher ingredients. It was fine, but so boring after two days (I stayed for 8) that I decided to skip it and go somewhere else for breakfast.

Cons: It was cold in our room even though we set the temperature to 23°C, it was simply colder than in the hallway for example. I went to ask at the reception and I was told they were going to fix it, but nothing happened and we were still cold during the rest of our stay.

Therefore sometimes we could hear loud music (claimed by the staff to be coming from a nearby burger bar that just had an opening), but the music could last until 11pm. That was quite the only nuisance during our stay.

Pros: This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. It is just steps away from many restaurants as well as the Old Town Square. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and replenished to have great selection at all times. There was a problem with my reservation not showing up. Ingrid was checking me in and she was so patient and kind while I used the internet to retrieve my email confirmation. I was able to email Kayak and have them provide proof that I had paid. I was in a total panic thinking that I had maybe booked and prepaid for the wrong night. Thank you so much Ingrid for all of your help.

Came back after hours to that strong detergent smell. Lift did not go all the way up to my floor. My bath room had no proper door (foldaway). The breakfast room is a hallway.
