Cons: Inefficient kitchen/restaurant staff. Had to get my own cutlery with every course. Coffee ordered with the desert arrived a good 15 minutes before the desert itself. No compensation offered or suggested by the staff, had to ask for a warm coffee to go with the desert.

Cons: Traveling during Covid-19 is stressful and this hotel did nothing to make us feel safe. Crowded breakfast buffet, rooms not particularly clean, stained furniture, stale smelling bedding.

Pros: We booked one of the mini suits. given the warm weather it required some effort in the beginning to get the room temperature to an ok level (no aircondition and the room located on the top floor). Despite the suit being very nice I'd say that it was a bit overprised. enjoyed the very good breakfast in the very historical basement.. location absolutely perfect, only a small walk away from the trainstation and nearby restaurants and bars.

Pros: The hotel was a beautifully updated historic building with incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. We loved all the old articles and information hung throughout the building. The breakfast offering was extensive and served in the most building room in the lower level! We loved the great coffee available in the gorgeous study, as well as all of the interesting art throughout the hotel. Our room was charming, beautiful, very clean, and incredibly quiet! Every person we met at the front desk were friendly, personable, and helpful! I wish every hotel could be like this! The location was great and so close to the main shopping area in the old district.

We where both sick during our stay and had to stay allot in the hotel and it was wonderful to have something to read and talk about (and eat breakfast in a cellar built in 1307) :) .. The room was also much better then we expected, nice surprise there.

Cons: My only complaint was that in the bathroom, there were travel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Why have those? There are soap and shampoo in dispensers in the bathroom already. Why not make the extra effort to reduce our plastic usage and unnecessary waste?

Cons: The attitude of the one member of staff in the resturant in the evening was not acceptable and she was quite rude to several of our party when we eat there. Also one of the morning waitresses was very unhelpful on the last day.
