We had just missed a flight. So we chose Melia Barajas for their airport proximity, star rating, and their included shuttle. Everyone was super helpful and welcoming! Everything was clean. Pros (+) Good airport transfer, and good breakfast room service. They upgraded my room as well as there was a little wait to check in.
Cons (-) The airport transfer goes through all the terminals so takes a while. They charge extra for breakfast in room.
