300 euros for 3 days of insurance coverage only for collision damage towards the car? not even personal insurance or insurance to pay for the damage of another car? I'm never renting here again that's for sure. And I will make sure nobody I know does it neither. It was for a Volvo, not BMW or Mercedes, WTF

Office is far from main terminal, a longer than expected walk. Staff were ok but the auto was not as expected from booking photos. The first auto had a problem, had to be returned, and had to wait almost an hour to get the replacement vehicle

La experiencia para recoger el coche pésima. Pusieron muchos problemas. Había seleccionado un modelo grande y no informaron que hacían falta 2 tarjetas de crédito en vez de una como ponía en la descripción lo que me parece no solo un abuso sino una estafa. Me quedé colgada y me ofrecieron otro vehículo mas pequeño y al no tener mas tiempo tuve que aceptar. Alquile un coche de 5 plazas grande y me dieron uno de 4 plazas, lo que supuso que un compañero viajase incómodo mas de cinco horas. Por no hablar que si te pasas 2 horas te cobran el dia entero, en vez de las horas extra aunque avises con antelación. Un abuso, caro y mal gestionado.

I should have filmed the car before driving, they said we scratched the door handle and they charged us more than 200 euros.

Hertz is suggesting there was damage on the vehicle upon return. I have pictures of the entire vehicle at drop off and there is ZERO damage. I would really appreciate some help from Kayak resolving this issues. I will dispute this charge and take legal action against Hertz if need be. I can provide all the pictures showing no damage.

Good car, it was bright new. At Hertz they try to sell insurance for the same price of the rental, at the end we go with the basic insurance included, make sure to take pictures of the car before leaving and videos if necessary. When I returned the car I asked the employee to check the car with me and he did it. It was a pleasant experience we can’t say the same of GoldCar, last year we booked with them and it was such a pain!!. We recommend Hertz.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The car I got was WAY SMALLER than what me and my family needed, which almost forced us to completely change our plans as our luggage didn't fit in it. We had to figure things out on the go. The company didn't move a finger to help us finding another car, not even paying the difference. I likely won't use the service again.

Yes, but the process is unnecessarily deceptive. The pricing seems favorable but than they hit you with exhorbidant insurance costs that exceed the actual rental cost. These costs are hidden until your at the counter. Lots of other add-on costs. VERY unpleasant process. I expected more from HERTZ.Address my comments above!!!!
