Pros: Hotel located in the old town, and you will need ZTL-permission. You need to notify the hotel about this before arrival: by the way, they will tell you how to get there. It's very difficult to find a hotel without instructions. Parking is right 20 meters. 15 EUR/day. The hotel is unique. The rooms are not numbered, each is named after a specific flower. We had Iris, Gardenia and Primrose. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is not bad, there is one complaint about bedding - there are no duvet covers in case-form, there are just sheets, as such, but this is a common problem for all of Italy, with rare exceptions. The standard pillows didn’t suit me, but others that were found in the closet fit so perfectly in size, in softness, in all respects, that I bought a couple of the same ones. By the way, right there at the hotel, I bought cheese Pecorino which we ate for breakfast, is delicious. There is no hot meal at breakfast - only toasts and boiled eggs, but for 2-3 days it’s no problem. It is better to ask for coffee to be prepared - standard, in a coffee pot on the table there is one that is somehow not very. Fresh juices you need to do yourself - for this everything is provided, you need only some skill and a little practice. The staff is very friendly. Any requests, wishes, comments - they will try to do everything in the best possible way. Be sure to check out the local wine tasting at the hotel. I would also recommend visiting a restaurant, where I mark their cheesecake. In the bathrooms, everything is good - a shower, a bidet, a bath, everything is in place, there is even a TV. It is quite possible to drink tap water. I was somewhat annoyed by the translucent curtains on the windows in the bathroom, directly opposite were the windows of a residential building. The rooms have shutters with rather peculiar closing appliance, but there was no shutter in the bathroom. Once again, this hotel is unusual. With own spirit, with own unique atmosphere.

Cons: I note that there is no elevator, if there are no male-staff at the reception, may be problems with lifting heavy luggage to upstairs. Soundproofing isn't very well. It will be especially annoying for those who sleep late: cleaning and garbage-truck begin to work early and from 6 a.m. all this is clearly audible even through completely closed windows. They use air fresheners with flavorings, we turned off it in our rooms because obsessive smell. Some rooms don't have radiators - have to be heated with air conditioning. Sometimes vintage style is overly, but this is only my opinion.

Pros: Breakfast was very delicious, we stayed several hotels in Italy, this hotel breakfast offers the best quality.
Cons: Due to our room was faced to the street, the noise from Street garbage picking up early morning disturbed our sleep.

Pros: Location: It is very close to the walls and it is perfect for whoever who needs to park their car within the premises. Rooms were spacious and clean. Outside of the building, there is also a small garden in which you could walk around. Staff: Very friendly staff. Breakfast: Did not expect the variety of the breakfast options. Definitely something that you don't expect from a typical B&B in Italy.
Cons: Just a attention for those who have issues in carrying heavy luggages up the stairs as there are no elevators within the building. It was not an issue for us.

Pros: The location is close to restraunts and shopping. It is quite a walk from the train station. Take a cab.
Cons: The electricity and plumbing are old and don't work well. It was extremely hot and too loud to sleep with the window open. They said we couldn't turn on the air conditioning and didn't offer a fan. We were up all night hearing the people above us. The complimentary breakfast gave us food poisoning.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is near motorway, big parking place, comfortable rooms. I recommend this hotel.
Cons:
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean , good bathroom, good bed & linen . Helpful reception.
Cons: Breakfast juice watered down, coffee could be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A high standard hotel. I would give it 4 stars rather than 2. Clean, beautiful, good service.
Cons:
9.2 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: As I am on a strict diet I did not take breakfast at hotel. I had purchased skimmed milk and cereal from outside. Hotel charged me for breakfast as I used their table, appears to be weird.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this hotel for only one night to explore Lucca & Pisa. The hotel was clean and maintained, only the bathroom wasn’t up to the mark. But all in all a good experience. The best part was the receptionist Monica , who was very kind & helpful and helped us to find the bus services to Pisa. She also suggested us some good restaurants nearby & Leos was one of the best we have had in Italy.
Cons:
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean and cheap. Good place for just one night.
Cons: Checkin was dire, slow and uninterested staff. Location was hard to find due to one way road network.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucca is a beautiful city...fully recommend. The hotel is really close to the centre 30 minutes walk.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All round good place.
Cons: Can’t dine if large group booked in for dinner. We had to go out in the pouring rain to find an alternative.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist who helped me with my boarding pass. Troppo gentile.
Cons: The receptionist when leaving. Didn't know what he was doing. A poor departure
