Thin walls and noisy rooftop bar elements were just the start of the challenges. Let's look at the lack of door to the bathroom, because that is not a good choice for a hotel. But who cares about that when the shower is only closed via a scrap of some other shower curtain that barely hangs on to hooks mounted around the shower. Pros (+) love the food and the staff here! room was clean and efficient!
Cons (-) The room was small for the price, and the hallways need new carpet already, also the common area walls could use some fresh paint. Not a deal breaker, but for $300 a night these items should be relatively perfect.

Pros (+) Hotel itself is beautiful, rooftop bar is pretty cool, attached to wonderful Theater.
Cons (-) Looks like a broke New York hipster's studio apartment. All unfinished concrete and the bed looks and feels like a futon. Parking is an extra $38. Only stayed here for convenience to theater. Absurd for the price.
