Pros (+) Excellent location just off the Strand. Friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast included in my stay.
Cons (-) Rooms are a little small. Also not much of an open lounge area for waiting around or hanging out, but tight space is to be expected for the location.

Pros (+) We traveled in from Heathrow and the hotel was close to the underground stop. Easy walking distance to all major landmarks. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was awesome.
