Very disappointing breakfast. £25 for lukewarm & overcooked egg, bacon & sausages is disgraceful. Was completely inedible & therefore total waste of £50.
Very conveniently located with easy access to the theater. The Staff was very helpful with storing the luggage & delivering it to the room . Could get a taxi at any time within minutes . Had a couple of in room dining meals which were of high quality.
The appearance as you walk in as amazing, very welcoming. Smells divine. Staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Everything was immaculately clean.
I thought the rooms were so basic for the cost. We paid nearly £300 with no breakfast & ive had better rooms in the holiday inn at a fraction of the cost.
exec lounge limited breakfast
coffee machine too complicated and broke down on last morning
The hotel is beautiful and a perfect location for the theatre. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very attentive.
The fact that the hotel was covered in scaffolding and so windows were covered. Something we were not made aware of when booking or when checking in.
