The room was not cleaned properly, sweet wrapping beside the bed, dust on floor and hairs in the shower tray. The bed was very hard and pillows were hard. Didn’t have a great nights sleep. Location and staff very good. They say you pay for what you get and it is cheaper than most, but a nights sleep and cleanliness is worth paying more.

The room didn’t really feel exceptionally clean. There was some decorative cushions on the bed that had the kind of covers that couldn’t easily be cleaned - I’d advise just getting rid of these altogether. I also found a very suspect looking hair on my pillow when we arrived. Cleaners were in hand every day to turn down the rooms at least but you have to hand in your own key to reception to have y...
