Location. Room 407 was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet.
Room 407 was small and cold. I didn't bother complaining to the staff. Kettle, tea and coffee was awkwardly placed in a wardrobe at the foot of the bed, but the room was so small there wasn't enough room to open the wardrobe door to gain easy access. Shower was far too hot and not able to turn the temperature down. Tap at the sink was very slow to flow.
I realised management has changed since my last visit, a plus. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. There were instructions post how to use shower fitting and everything worked.
Congested room. No space for luggage and two persons to move about but it is what it is.
Couldn’t go because of Corona vitas, still took my money
The property is ok as I stayed last November
Excellent location, close to the metro and in general to the city center. Small, but clean and cozy room. Very pleased with the staff. So friendly and polite. Especially thankfull to the girl with beautiful curly hair ( so sorry, I don't remember the name) on reception, who met us on the first day of arrival. The view from the window greatly pleased. The window faced the street, which was actually noisy, but it was not a problem for us, because I like the noise of the road and my mum simply put on earplugs. The room was cleaned daily. There was always a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, towels, shampoo and hair conditioner, and what is very important for us is hot water( yes, there are some hotels, that not provide hot water).
It was uncomfortable to use the lift + the lift made a lot of noise. In the bathroom the towel rack hung very precariously and sometimes broke. .
We came early and the staff let us lock up our luggage until we could check in to our room. They had a lift which was great, the location was close to a train station and buses. There were many restaurants around the hotel. The water pressure was amazing. There was a grocery store nearby too.
The shower had a constant drip so we just had to close the door to the bathroom. We did not have a remote to the TV, so we could not turn it on. We did notify the front desk, but they were not able to fix anything at the time. The location of the rooms seemed to be an obstacle course at times. I would have liked a stronger connection with the wifi router.
