The guy on the front desk did help me with my luggage on the stairs.
The room was like a small dungeon. No direct window but just a small ventilater. And the AC was just a joke. I asked for a fan repeatedly but was denued hence had to spend three sleepless nights in a very hot room. Couldn't sleep at all. Plus there was practically no space to place my luggage. The breakfast was so so. Not much to eat but then you get this in the amount you pay. And finally was forced to buy a phone adapter for 5 pounds as i couldn't plug my phone charger in the wall socket. And it was extremely noisy due to other rooms bathrooms making noise all night.
Good sized room, comfy bed.
Bathroom door did not lock, internet does not work on the ground floor rooms.
The very central position and the quarter, very cool.
The room was very little and a little bit dirty. We were near to the smoke zone and the smells was disgusting. Also the light always on even in middle of the night, not so comfortable.
The location was the only thing I really like about the property
The noise level. I had a room on the ground floor and in the middle of night I could hear people which I presume was the staff keep coming in and out from the garden I presume smoking and making loads of noise. During the day I was trying to have a nap and couldn’t because I could hear one of the cleaners hoovering outside the room.
Breakfast and location
Small room, no elevator, terrible WiFi
