Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions and suitable for their needs. Several reviewers also highlighted comfortable beds and occasionally spacious rooms. However, there were consistent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of stained linens, unclean bathrooms, and general lack of upkeep. Service was often described as unfriendly or unprofessional, and some guests experienced issues with check-in and staff responsiveness. Breakfast offerings were generally considered poor or insufficient. Overall, while the location and some room features were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
