Checked in on Christmas Eve evening. The male staff with good voice at the hotel front desk was very friendly and the hotel location was good.

The breakfast staff was amazing. We got breakfast in to go boxes as we had to be out early for morning tours. The main staff member, a kind young man, was very helpful with my friends and my allergies. Extremely courteous and friendly.
I feel like the rooms were not very well cleaned during the day. I found that some things I had left on the ground had still been there when we got back at the end of the day.
