Great hotel, very clean, comfortable bed and really big room. Very close to Av de Liberdade. Nice pool and sauna.
The location was amazing, the morning watering staff were lovely especially (Paulo) who couldn't do enough for use at breakfast and the guest service team was very helpful with good information on the city. The room was very spacious with a fantastic bathroom and the food gifts that we received everyday was a lovely gesture.
Some staff were rude and unhelpfully. the sofa bed was broken, uncomfortable and had to use blankets to build a bed. The breakfast food was the same everyday nothing different.
The room was amazing - we got an upgrade. Balcony, nice view, the bathroom was huge, everything very nice.
Too many rules for pool use (it's inside the spa, my daughter just wanted to have fun). Breakfast was ok, but not the amazing thing I'd expect for the price. Rooftop bar does not open on Mondays. Main restaurant was closed for renovation (in the middle of the high season!).
Nice decor and friendly staff
Construction (banging, hammering, drilling) was taking place right above my room, which was inconvenient when I needed to have some conference calls. Also, the main reason I booked this hotel was for the gym as I was traveling for business. Therefore, I was disappointed to see that the receptionist at the gym / spa area allowed people to enter and use the equipment with sandals and with children. This is not safe practice and the hotel also did not display any signs about wearing proper equipment in the gym or children using the equipment improperly. It did not have a big impact on my stay, but should be noted by the hotel and improved going forward.
The location was good, Lisbon is a small city and you can easily go around on foot. The hotel was close to many different locations. The rooms were big and comfortable.
The cleaning could be improved further. I never got capsules for the coffee machine. The only problem to me was the carpet it made the room smell a little.
