Very nice premises, big rooms, friendly staff. Really the hotel itself looks great and is well - kept by all standards. Interesting architecture, very pleasant.

Room doesn't have any sunlight. It does have windows, but on the shared, covered walkway to the other rooms - can't leave the curtains open otherwise you have no privacy. There are no other windows to provide light and air to the room.

The Staff was incredible and very helpful with our needs upon arrival. Our initial room had bathroom issues and we were Upgraded at NO additional cost. We will surely stay here during our next visit due to fine staff and location. Front Desk staff Diana, Monserrat, and Stefania in the restaurant deserve merit !!!

Only setback was the issues with our first room and I strongly recommend staying in the newer Tower area!

Really nice place from the moment you enter. The restaurants, lobby, and seating areas around the property are nice and comfortable. Good location on the main boulevard. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever asked and the servers at the restaurant were polite and attentive. The room with the bathtub made a great impression and the view from the balcony was great!

Our AC was not working appropriately which made the room feel warm and muggy. There were small cosmetic issues throughout the room like what looked like a light fixture was hanging in the corner, light from the hallway shinning through the door, and the faucet from the tub would leak on the floor. They also decided to work on the elevator right before check out which meant we walked down from the 8th floor with our luggage. I wonder if it could of waited or if we could have been warned to call for help since we left our key in the room. Also no bubbles for the bath which is in my opinion was the center piece to our room. They handled the bubbles quick and professional to their credit.
