10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the ever friendly and professional staff at the reception, drivers and ski shop.
Cons: The bar is lovely with a delightful Alpine ambience, but as the Bar and its cocktails are hailed as something really special i can only assume that the usual barman was on Xmas holiday. The breakfast restaurant is nice enough but in need of a style upgrade.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location - pleasant owner
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is very cozy and stylish. Everything decorated to match the local architecture and the atmosphere of the ski resort. The room was finished in wood, very functional and with high quality furniture, modern bathroom. Minibar was also very welcomed. Beds were comfortable and it was a good place to sleep :) WiFi was working okay, it was easy to park in the garage nearby.
Cons: The room was small (we expected that) and at the top floor, so not so easy to climb up with luggage without elevator. Fridge/mini-bar and router would switch off randomly (like having no power) and we don't know why. Also once when we came back the heating in the bathroom was fully on and it was hot August day...no idea how it switched on :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hospitality, all staff are very polite and helpful, perfect breakfast, very close to La Croisette lift, nice decoration of room.
Cons: Nothing really, heating system for ski boots could work better, blowing cool air, so the my boots did not get dry. I am not sure about the orhers, mine is very rigid.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: the location is superb, 2 minutes walk to ski lift. And the staff is really nice. Water pressure is good which is quite important for us after 4+ hours ski each day.
Cons: the room's layout is not very practical especially with the narrow corridor, we can not proporly hang and dry our ski cloths (which are quite a lot of layers...) 2 people can not pass at the same time. sound proof is bad and because of the location, it is quite noisy at night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Yes very comfy The location is superb So were the staff; so pleasant and helpful and honest
Cons: Some English newspapers and magazine; and a card corner for bridge with notice board
10.0 Excellent

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very accomodative staff
Cons: As a large allocation of the price that is paid goes towards food, we felt that the small amounts of food that we consumed during breakfast and dinner did not justify the extra 94 Euros that we were charged for asking for avocado during breakfast. During tea time we were offered something to eat and drink. While all the food was free, the water, which in the spa and in the kids club and in the room you get for free, here cost 14 euro. This was really ridiculous.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service and very friendly staff
Cons: Few options for in house restaurants
7.5 Good
Pros: The property is very highly priced with hidden charges at the checkout
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is the place...the staff is amaizing..every thing in this hotel is wawwwwww

Pros: All the staff at this hotel are excellent, very rare you find this, all with such sincerity too.
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms where beautiful, skiing right to the slops and renting the equipments from the hotel was very convenient.
Cons: Everything in the hotel was too expensive a lot of hidden costs. Not the value for money.

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A modern and very comfortable hotel with very professional and friendly staff who made all the difference. The ski room was in the hotel and they took care of everything: storing away all your the equipment including helmet, helping to put your boots on. By the time you are dressed, the skis are already out at the hotel entrance. The lifts are 3 minutes away from the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the staff, the service!!!!
Cons: The breakfast was the only thing we didn't enjoy. The staff was not as good as the rest, the omelets were not good, they never understood what we asked... Although they did their best to accommodate our gluten and dairy free diet...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Rooms are too small!
6.3 Good
Pros: Very good location. Good staff and service.
Cons: Terrible Rooms. Smallest I have ever stayed in, ever. Furniture and overall design is subpar. Very low value for money. It is as if the hotel owner is intentionally trying to rip everyone off. Aside form the premium shower soaps offered, nothing in this hotel can be even remotely considered as luxurious. Even the "all inclusive" minibar is filled with nothing but a tiny bottle of water and a few soft drinks. Also, for those alergic to horses , It is important to note that there are two horses constantly parked within 50 meters of the hotel all day which can therefore be bothersome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location and staff excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The service was exceptional. If you want to feel cared for and loved, this is the place for you. The staff, the ski room team caring for your every need. Carrying your skis, putting your boots on for you. Always there. Omnipresent. This is the place for you. The hotel feels new and clean. The breakfast is superb. The hot tub and gym modern. The location is the best in Courchevel town. Right on the Croisette. 20 steps. Complementary bar in your room. Good quality all around.
Cons: With the high temperatures for the season, the room felt hot and we had to open a window. Rooms are as advertised and feel a bit small.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff and the hotel management are excellent
Cons: Rooms are small and toilet is not in the bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Its location. Friendly staff.
Cons: The fitness centre is terrible
Hôtel des Trois Vallées - Courchevel - Building

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff couldn't be more prestative and nicer, the do the possoble and impossible to make you satisfied and smiling. That was the highlight of the stay, we really felt like home. Besides that point, the hotel was recently completely renewed, so all the rooms and main areas look beautifully decorated. The location is great, 1 min walking from great restaurants, 5 min walking from La Croisette. The hotel also offers a navette service to take you everywhere you want. The hotel is also ski in and out, with the facility of having the ski rental store and selling the tivket lifts inside the hotel, so you don't waste a minute to arrive in the mountain. Of course, all of that with the most friendly staff i've ever seen. Trully a hotel to be missed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, we had tow rooms - facing the village and slops and both are amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: the only thing I would prefer more food variety for breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff, especially Charlie and Sylvie they were very nice and courteous!!!
Cons: The pillows were not comfortable (too hard). The shower is separated from the toilet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked almost everything. The service and the friendliness of the staff, especially Andreos, were most appreciated. Ski in and out was really useful.
Cons: The bathroom didn’t have space to place my items. There was no body cream.. The bed was a little too soft but that’s really all I can mention. The rest was perfect.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Terrible guest service and room service ppl, very rude!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic, and service was really nice.
Cons: Breakfast option is a bit limited. And the inside the room is not that modern. But still overall was a nice stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful in booking resturants each night, suggesting activities in the village or arranging a taxi. The central location of the hotel is fantastic for those who value ski-in ski-out. Another plus is the ski room within the hotel, allowing skis and boots to be rented without having to walk elsewhere.
Cons: Would appreciate a choice of different pillows.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I stayed there with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel overall design is modern but still very warm and cosy. Same for the rooms' design. The staff was very attentive and anticipating our needs in an impressive way to help us make the most of our weekend! Everything was made easy ski in/out, getting ski lift passes at the reception, late checkout, advice on the resort's restaurants, shops, etc... The breakfast is also delicious with high quality buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere and stuff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything. In particular, the staff were outstanding: very friendly, very helpful, very welcoming. Also the location is great with an Intersport desk in the ski room on the 2nd floor making rental and return very simple. Also ski in/ski out just above La Croisette.
Cons: It was all great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Kind, helpful staff in all parts of the hotel! Excellent location - ski in - ski out + super convenient ski rental at hotel. Shuttle service also very convenient and staff very responsive. Wonderful stay.
Cons: Billing vis-a-vis ESF (ski school) could be smoother.

7.1 Good
Pros: Generally excellent quality hotel, especially the bathroom, bed, and the hotel restaurant.
Cons: Bizarrely for a hotel in such a hot area (in summer), there's no air conditioning, so it gets very hot even during the night with the windows open.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location is great!
Cons: Rooms were not close to each other, in spite of requestingit it at least 2 months in advance. Suite room was very noisy, low and just over a very busy road with buses etc - not value for money you expect from an expensive suite. The smaller room was great - renovated and quiet! N
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful room with a lovely view. Excellent facilities
Cons: The room was boiling and we were given a double duvet and fur blanket - for summer!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good, closed to ski lift, bus station

Pros: Consierge Roland is the best !
Cons: Heating system is old. The air in the room was too hot and dry. You cannot change it .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Worst hotel ever
Cons: They don’t deserve one star
4.6 Okay
Pros: The decore
Cons: The hotel charged me 3 times for things I did not use. Also they tried to withdraw the money from my card without asking me thank god the bank stoped them! They are trying to take 300€ extra ! The kept throwing on staff to our bill that we did not use and increased the price of transfer and explaining it as charges to bank! I would never recommend it to anyone.
7.5 Good
Pros: The skiin/ ski out is excellent , the cleaning staff was great, piano guy is wonderful ... pierre the concierge was really helpful , again cleaning is 100/100 ...
Cons: The hotel is nice , clean , excellent ski in ski out has all the 5 stars services but it's time for the RENOVATION . Should work on a better young welcoming staff and a better chef .
7.9 Good
Pros: Helpful and Nice star. Good breakfast.
Cons: Hotel is old and a bit run down. Needs face lift.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff!
Cons: Rooms need updating.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Thats it’s location is very good
Cons: It has the worst wifi you would ever imagine, i had to stand next to the room door and to get a wifi signal plus the wifi is soooooooo slow that you could barley use it do anything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location for ski in ski out, Next to Pralong chair lift. Ski Room and ski hire is independent from hotel but excellent service. Lovely warm boots every morning. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle bus on demand for trips to and from town. Breakfast in dining room looks out towards slopes, chair lifts and runs. Very nice
Cons: We have stayed at this hotel several times but not for some years. We arrived on a Sunday and chose to eat in the hotel with the a la carte menu. The whole dining experience was very disappointing and not of the same standard we had experienced before. Very pleased we only booked B&B. Found some excellent dining places in town.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and the slope view.
Cons: The food was not up to the 5 star standard. Not so many options to choose.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: On having visited Courchevel for a number of years and a avid international traveller this hotel has to be the worst. How it gained a 5 star rating with poor ventilation in rooms and corridors, non existent toilet extract fans to the point you smelt sewers in the corridors, rooms with peeling paint, tv with no restricted access on adult services, dimly lit rooms where you could not see a thing, 10pm nightly cleaner asking if the room was clean while we were dozing off are a just a few things! The food was so expensive and so poorly cooked to the point even cardboard would have seasoning on a few occasions. Please be careful when booking this hotel it is very expensive and does not reflect value for money.

Pros: Great location right on the main street, short walk to the gondola. There's a good ski rental place across the street. Breakfast is nice and convenient. We had a studio apartment and it was well stocked with dishes and cups. There was also ski storage right in our own entryway.
Cons: Thin walls - the neighbours came home late from partying and woke us up on multiple nights.

Cons: I wish if they can have a wooden or tile floors in some rooms
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, close to the slopes and good value for money in a cosey hotel
Cons: No elevator means you have to carry ski gear over many flights of stairs, and the bath could have a fixed shower instead of just a hand-held douche

Pros: Very well located and cute
Cons: No elevator

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better. Right opposite the escalators to the piste. The food was always good and there was always a generous cheese board after dinner.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. Hard to close the door without stepping into the shower cubicle first. The shower cubicle itself was a good size though and the water was hot and strong.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was very good and you could make requests for alternatives if there was something you didn’t like.
Cons: The sheets were too small for the bed and pulled the edges up or came off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Having stayed at the Univac Blanc Niege in Courchevel 1650 for a week I could not be happier or recommend more. Fred and Alice are very hospitable and approachable hosts making all the guests feel welcome. LOCATION: The hotel's location is SUPERB, second to none - the escalators to the main Ariondaz Gondola is opposite the hotel (10 sec walk) and if you want to get the shuttle to 1850 or Aquamotion (Swimming/sports centre) the stop is in front of the hotel. The hotel is next to a ski/boot rental shop which makes it even easier for equipment rentals. The hotel is at the start of the main road in 1650 with all the shops, supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. AMENITIES: The hotel has a locker room with an external door where guests can leave their skis/poles/boots locked up (nb: otherwise locker rental inside the Ariondaz station is avail for ~60 EUR a week). There is also a hamman and sauna on the basement level opened for guests in the afternoons. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. There is a lift that serves all floors. The hotel has its own little bar where you can purchase your regular tipple at a fraction of the price of most bars/restaurants...great value and great wines. FOOD: Breakfast is served daily from 07:30-09:00 and is standard continental breakfast of croissants, fruit, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, cereal, etc. The food is fresh but limited and it is advisable to get there by 8.30am to get a wider selection. Lunch is available from 13:00-14:00 for those who make it back, otherwise a picnic/packed lunch option can be requested if you are full board. Very helpful for those who do not want to stop skiing! Dinner is served from 19:00-20:00 and is plentiful. It is normally 4 courses consisting of the best and freshest ingredients! The selection of meals vary daily and can consist of Boeuf Bourginon, Tartiflette, Steak, stews etc.
Cons: I think there has been a few comments about the limited timings of the meals; with maybe a proposed 2 hour time slot for breakfast would be easier for non-early risers (or those not skiing)? I think a bit of flexibility would make this a key improvement on this solid central hotel option in 1650. Also at breakfast time, some of the ingredients would sometimes run out (criossants or sliced bread) by 8:30am - having an alternative option for these would be good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly manager and staff, delicious meal and excellent location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Warm hospitality from the staff, especially Fred and Alice!
Cons: Rooms are very very dry. It would be good if there was a humidifier or have something in place to improve this. The shower head was also broken so we had to hold while we take shower.
7.9 Good
Pros: Love all the extra effort to make the customer pleased and satisfied.
Cons: Loudness at restaurant with groups.
6.3 Good
Pros: Locatie
Cons: 2 rooms booked and given 1 on the third level and the children on -2!!! Booked 5 months in advance so....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: comfy bed The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly Location very central to the slopes.
Cons: Very few English customers so felt rather ‘foreign ‘ En-suite small, with small doorway, which you banged yourself on the sliding door, numerous times. Rooms basic but clean. It’s a shame the rest of the hotel didn’t reflect the decor in entrance, bar & restaurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful, really helpful and able to feed the vegetarian in our party. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable and the property was directly opposite the pistes. It was a great stay.
Cons: The boot room could do with being a little warmer as ski boots are easier to put on when not cold.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff!

Pros: The location - ski in ski out - is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ski shop (rental) is very good.
Cons: Room was on the small side even for just two people. The restaurant was very mediocre - service and food could be better. Beer served at the bar was room temperature - not too much to ask for a cold beer after a day of skiing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location on the slopes and great Ski rental service! Your skis are ready for you on the snow every morning :) Nice swimming pool with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and billiard tables. A special MERCI to Fabien who made the big difference with his help and advices!!!
Cons: You must count 30 euros for taxi every time you come from the downtown.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location (ski in / ski out), very large room and big bed
Cons: Underwhelming breakfast, no boot dryers or ski room for those who don’t rent equipment at the hotel, room located near some equipment that made a constant low rumble
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable room
Cons: Extortionate parking charges Take it or leave it attitude
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, quite hotel! We loved it. Great location, just on the mountain, ski-in ski-out Good breakfast: cheeses, croissants, scrambled eggs, some vegetables, milk products, fruits.. The personnel is very polite and really helpful! Comfortable ski rental service, you just leave the equipment everyday and care about nothing It is better to take upper rooms (not the simplest ones) because they have more space and better view with balcony
Cons: Seems a little bit old in some corners but everything is clean and nice Too quite for youth, it could be an advantage for someone at the same time You need to take a taxi to go to the center and back if transfer is not available They debit the card twice and then they pay back one of two amounts, not convenient The transfer to the airport is expensive(x1,5), better to order by internet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was in need of an upgrade
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff. Very helpful and always smiling.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to all the action. Perfect staff. Great breakfast. Nice service. Positive people
Cons: The room we booked was for double bed but when we checked in it was 2 single beds. So the housekeeping created a double bed from this 2 which was uncomfortable in the middle and overall terrible sleeping quality. But it should have been so easy for the hotel to buy an excellent quality double bed for the price of one night we paid.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bearing in mind the crazy prices of accommodation (and everything else) in Courchevel, it was wonderful to have found a clean and comfortable centrally-located room with a great bed, nice linen and a modern shower-room at a very acceptable price, thus probably avoiding my having to book somewhere down in the valley. The people running the hotel are courteous and helpful and they provide a decent breakfast, which was included in the room-rate.
Cons: None of the following affected my full satisfaction with my stay at the hotel, but the choice of TV stations (unless you are French) could be much improved by installing satellite-TV, as the only English-language channel on offer was CNBC and watching that for any length of time can best be described as torture. The TV itself was nice and big and it was a smart-TV, although that feature did not seem to work. There was nowhere in the room to hang ski clothes or coats, something which can be simply solved by fitting some hooks to the wall in the wide empty space on the wall to the right of the wardrobe. There was a coffee machine but, as I don't drink coffee, a kettle to boil some water and make some tea would have been nice. The free WiFi was good, although in my case it logged me off on a daily basis and I had to re-enter the codes and my profile several times. Not sure if that is generally the case or if it was due to my cheap phone and laptop. As I say, none of my comments should be construed as anything but constructive criticism, I was very happy with my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is simple, clean and in a fantastic location. With easy access to the slopes, shops, bars and restaurants in 1850. The staff made our stay especially easy and fun and were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.
7.9 Good
Pros: Located a short walk from the slopes and the Croisette area this is very well positioned. Breakfast had enough variety and plenty of it. Good value option in expensive 1850
Cons: Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value, location & friendly staff
Cons: Beds a bit small
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to the piste. Good tv and internet. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Bar and breakfast area a little small. Ski room not easy to access. Noise on the street from people leaving night club opposite in the early morning
7.9 Good
Pros: The welcome was excellent and the manager was very helpful. The location is really good, being central in the village and close to the ski slopes.
Cons: The building was very dated. The locker room was poor. No lift to upper floors was a real hassle with luggage, tired legs etc.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great basic hotel if you're away with a group of friends for a ski. Only a few minutes walk from the many lifts at courchevel 1850.Not hugely attractive from the outside but gets better from there. Rooms have recently (I guess) been referbed and are very pleasant for the money. Breakfast was everything you need. We went half board and it worked out at £50 each for 3 nights. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but we were given a voucher for dinner at Bar Joe's a few doors down. Meals were great value for the money given couchevel prices. Not the place for you if you're wanting high end but a great base for a few days skiing!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The lady who greeted us was friendly. The beds were comfortable and a good size.
Cons: The carpets were stained and the bathroom was not clean. There were cracks in the bathroom facilities and the toilet was badly stained. Breakfast was very small. We had no idea what time we could check in as our booking form, website and hotel door had 3 different times on them. We were not informed that we would receive a 25% discount on ski hire at Sport 2000. Luckily they told us this when we were renting our equipment. Although there is a ski storage room it was very dark and difficult to reach when you are wearing your ski boots.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast with hot option ideal. Staff really friendly and helpful . Location to slopes . Restaurants and food places nearby and good bus system to access other areas if necessary . Ski hire options within close proximity Room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Nothing did not like.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was ok. Location was pretty good for access to slopes and facilities of town.
Cons: Photos on booking sites flatter the property. It’s very basic. Hotel is unstaffed for most of the day which is inconvenient. Staff failed to meet me at agreed 7am time on departure day so I could get my car from their garage - eventually turned up an hour late making me almost miss my flight.

Pros: Great location , Amazingly friendly helpful staff , spotless clean rooms
Cons: nothing , everything was perfect
6.7 Good
Pros: Large rooms Great location
Cons: - fit out is dated and shabby - no individual bathroom products (shampoo, etc) - no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Simple and good setup room for a family.
Cons: No swimming or sauna. Family room a bit too small.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent the lobby ambiance was great and the breakfast was superb
Cons: Only the common areas need to be kept cleaner or a face lift is needed for the carpets and elevator area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.
Cons: Possibly tea making facilities in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were excellent and spacious. Food excellent and staff were very competent and helpful. Excellent location
Cons: Beer expensive in the whole of the resort, 9 Euro for a large beer was the cheapest we found. Otherwise a fantastic holiday
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, literally on the slopes with ski in and ski out access (even better than living in the 1850 village from my perspective). The terrace has a view of the lifts.
Cons: Room is small, facilities a bit old
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable value for money for the area. Good location for the kids with skiing available from the 2 free drag lifts before needing to get a pass (Etoiles right outside the hotel, skiing down and linking to Bellecôte for a wider, longer, free nursery slope). Great cheaper lunch option at the Fast & Furious underneath Hotel Courchneige beside Bellecôte piste. Evening burgers and pizzas at this hotel about €20 each (which is about as budget as it gets in Courchevel). Fondue or half board option around €37pp. Individual heating control in the rooms!!! Almost unique in the alps, so a real bonus to sleep at a sensible temperature!
Cons: Ski locker was tiny for 4 people’s kit. Had to take boots up to room (which was ok as no driers in locker room). Bathroom had no shower screen on side of bath and all a bit tired.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was small, but really clean and provided everything we needed for comfort and a good night's rest. I loved that people had to be quiet by 10:30 or 11:00 at night. We liked the breakfast and the staff was fantastic. I especially liked the bed and the bathroom (and the wonderful gel). I thought it was a great hotel for the money...all of our guests (8 of them) loved it as well.
Cons: You have to drive to get to shopping or eating places, but that was part of the charm for us. We felt like we were away from everything, but could drive down to the little villes for everything else. We even attended the World Cup downhill ski jumping event in La Praz and saw a fantastic aerial stunt show by the world champion in that field. The villages in this Parc Vanoise are absolutely gorgeous!!
5.3 Okay
Pros: Rooms had space to have parents and children separate - better sleeping for all!
Cons: The rooms were very cold, even in August, and the noise from the disco was quite penetrating. Food did not cater well for vegetarians.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: pleasant family hotel w/ great views of the mountains, close to walking trails and a heated swimming pool to relax at the end of the day. The room for the adults was comfortable but the area devoted to the children was really small and basically a corridor without enough ventilation if you closed the door to the main room. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Cons: A little far from the village, but it was nice to have a quiet room.
5.7 Okay
Cons: I am glad you have mailed it has saved me a job.I am extremely disappointed in the position of this hotel in relation to Courchevel 1650..The map on your website for this hotel shows it in the centre of 1650. It is in fact nearly 1Km out from the town. My skiing holiday was designed for my 2 young children to learn to ski for the 1st time and I wanted a hotel in the middle of the resort to make the whole experience a good one for my children. Instead the position of the hotel tainted the whole holiday because of the transport problems between the hotel and ski school/nursery slopes was difficult and time consuming. I am very dissappointed. - had I known the true position of the hotel I would not have booked it..I have been mislead.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The facilities provided made the storage of ski gear easy also. The bar was very comfortable & loved the open fire. The menu for dinner could be broader. Access for parents with their babies to the Mini-club room would have made a stay so much more enjoyable!
Cons: The pillows are far too high, and we always awoke with stiff necks.
2.6 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: The smell in the hotel was terrible. Very expensive ski rental
6.4 Good
Pros: location (5 mins form Courchevel 1850), all necessary services provided including ski rental, close to ski slops (about 50-100 metres)
Cons: to provide more late check-out - till 12-00, to have more personel who speaks English.
