Location could be closer to the strip/nightlife, but the property does a good job of being self-contained. Many dining options on-site (24 hour café and starbucks), a number of stores, and an expansive conference center wing. All staff I encountered were very pleasant and hospitable. It was also nice that the lobby/downstairs/casino areas didn't smell overwhelmingly of smoke.

The degree of noise transfer from adjacent rooms was unacceptable. I have stayed in many hotels and even motels, and I'm sorry to say that this hotel room was undoubtedly the loudest. Guests in neighboring rooms were not being loud, however I could hear them as if there was no wall between us at all. Literally heard the evening prayers of the woman in the adjacent room. Also, I would have really loved to check out the fitness center, but while Starbucks is open 24 hours, the gym closes at 7. Many hotel fitness centers are open until 10pm or midnight, so I was disappointed with this. Elevators take a very long time at arrive if you're staying on one of the middle floors (I was on 15 in north tower).

I lives in WR for only 2 nights, and i have changed my room twice; totally 3 different rooms. I think the culprit is my 1st reception staff. The guy who assign my room next to a construction work, and he did not properly set up my wifi account so that the very beginning i got a lot of trouble to solve. After i complained to the front desk, they assigned me to another room. the 2nd room has an even more serious plumbing problem. Only on the 2nd morning i noticed that disgusting dirty fluid coming out of the sink up and down; finally full of the bowl. I called front desk for help, they sent 2 plumbers. However, the issue is way beyond a single room issue; they could not fix it and report to the manager. Then the problem left there for the whole day. In the evening, i could not withstand the problem and i definitely cannot live like this. First i sent messages to hotel customer service. She said manager will contact me. After an hour, nothing happened. I physically cone to the front desk to complain again. I even show the pic. Only then they changed my room again and it only takes 3 min.

Bed and the space of the room was nice and the pool and waitress at the pool

No coffee machine in room , was hassled to sign up for a time share when we were intoxicated and they were lying on it so we would go and continue after I did numerous times we didn’t want to do it! Charged for simple water bottles for outrageous prices! Smelly trash that was on our floor which then came into our room was not pleasant at all about that smell!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It took a very long time for the hot water to come through the lines in the shower. I gave up on waiting, my husband later tried and it took over 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower which didn’t make sense because there was hot water immediately in the sink.
