Pros: Hands down great service.
Cons: No bad reviews
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've been loyal Hampton Inn people for many years, but after staying at the Drury Inn we're switching loyalties. Definitely a step up in every regard! Love the evening snacks, big rooms, ammenities, bathrooms, and more!
Cons: You only had one choice of tea, which was caffeinated. A selection of herbal teas is about the only thing Hampton Inn seems to have on you.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the beds, breakfast, shower heads, tub, desk chairs.
Cons: I checked for bed bugs. Dog was next door barking, the sheets were clean but the mirror in the room was dirty and there was residue on the door and counter. It just was not very clean

Lundeen Inn of The Arts - Las Cruces - Bedroom

9.3 Excellent (253 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful place to stay with wonderful hospitality! The Inn is filled with beautiful Southwestern artwork where lavish paintings (available for purchase!) are found throughout that both decorate the Inn and give it a feeling of the great Southwest! A perfect place for the lover of art.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Linda and Lydia made my stay a great one. Lydia's breakfasts and her attention to guests' needs made me feel right at home.
Cons: No window or fan in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Linda the hostess/proprietor was wonderful. Property is fascinating, historic and culturally significant. Interacting with other guests was fun and enlightening.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very unique property. We had the Georgia O'Keiff room. Lovely art throughout the property representing various artists, media, etc. Delightful staff who made us feel most welcome.
Cons: Close to trains, which didn't bother me since I'm a sound sleeper, but for those who aren't, it could be an issue.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: There were compassionate and energetic hostesses. The inn emanated an intense aura of creativity and sublime ambience. Would definitely return for another booking when we are in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: If you have heavy luggage, it's a long walk to your room, and no elevators.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Entering is like entering a fairytale castle. We all appreciated the atmosphere, the space in the dining room, and Linda's quirky humour as well as her skills in transforming a hotel breakfast into a gathering of (new) acquaintances.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast! (More than I could eat.) The art work is awesome. You couldn't find a better place to stay in the whole city.
Cons: The driveway is very hard to find at night. Needs more lights and signage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Linda was an excellent host. The place had a lot of character, and was filled with interesting art. There was a simple but good breakfast offering, and the hotel was not far off of the highway, so easy to get back en route from. Overall, this place and has so much more character than your average hotel!
Cons: The way the rooms are set up don't offer a lot of privacy. They are directly above the kitchen, and sound travels. Not a big deal but worth considering if you're looking for a romantic weekend... but still a beautiful space!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very different. Interesting building and some superb art
Cons: I really enjoyed it all
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great character and personable hosts
Cons: The room could be refreshed with newer bedspreads. It's a bit tired inside, and not much thought has been given to how a guest would use the space.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved Lundeen and because of our communal breakfast made new friends and had lots of information about the area - it was sociable and fun. Our room had character and everything we needed.
Cons: We loved it but if you are not sociable and if you prefer a minimalistic room then this is not for you.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, breakfast
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Very noisy. Thin walls.
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. the staff was friendly
Cons: This is a new hotel, walls were dented and scuffed as if the hotel was 10 years old. my room was not cleaned well for 4 days in a row. I spilled coffee on the counter the first morning, it was never cleaned. I dropped something on the floor it was never vacuumed up!!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was exactly where I needed it, 15 mins to anywhere I needed to be. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the little kitchenette area was perfect. The walls in the bathroom and the main room do show some wear and tear and a fresh paint job would easily fix this...and this did not take away from the experience. this is an animal friendly hotel which makes it appealing for a visit outside of work.
Cons: Sound does carry through the walls, especially in the bathroom which makes it rough to sleep especially when the room next to you has children or a dog that will not quit barking. This is an animal friendly hotel and no problem with that. The problem I have is when a dog reacts to every sound and is constantly barking when left alone. This is an owner issue and I am not aware of how the hotel handles these situations or what the policy is.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. All in all a very good Hotel experience. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The first day the morning coffee tasted as if they forgot to put new coffee in the dispenser. The second day there was no problem with the coffee.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Mediocre breakfast. So-so shower. Loud AC.

Pros: Nice clean updated rooms! The beds we're really comfortable. The location was very convenient.
Cons: The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned after the last person to use it, but that was the only minor issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good with your standard options (eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal, biscuits+grits, apples, bananas, oranges, etc.). Slept soundly even in the room adjacent to the elevator. Water pressure was great (at 730 am on a Wednesday) and wasn't too hard or soft.
Cons: There were some dark strands of hair on top of the white bedding, and it wasn't clear how they got there (the rest was great!). The bathroom tub creaked a lot (but was clean).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, clean, updated. Well arranged. Coffee, tea and hit chocolate 24/7. Every staff member we met was friendly and willing to help. Pillow top mattresses and nice pillows. Plenty of outlets. Full length mirror by the door and another on the inside of the closet door. The Winery and restaurant across the street was excellent.
Cons: They had pre-made cheese omelettes one morning that weren’t that great but had plenty of other stuff. And other mornings had scrambled eggs that were better.

Cons: Only the spray in the hallways was a little bit too strong for my nose
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extra comfortable. Beds and pillows are never comfortable in hotels. These we excellent! We are wanting to find out what brand they are, so we can get one for our home. The bonus popcorn was nice.
Cons: Someone had something solid in the dryer across the hall late at night. It was the guest laundry, not the staff. Very little anyone can do about that. Sounded like rocks they collected in the desert.

Pros: Nice hotel and facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here twice during a road trip, and I loved the location to the interstate and to amenities. Also the updated rooms were fantastic and the staff very friendly.
Cons: It was only a minor issue, but a piece of clothing was left hanging on the door and the refrigerator was not working.

Pros: I was really impressed with this property. I was fortunate to have a King suite, I was surprised by the finishes and the quality, above my expectations. Staff was friendly and efficient.

1.0 Poor
Pros: My stay was marred by all sorts of issues.

Cons: Breakfast was $12.50 per person, way to much!
5.7 Okay
Pros: The bartender was very helpful in getting us food after the mix up we had with timing on the restaurant. The pool area was clean and the location is very convenient when traveling along to 10! The front desk staff the day we arrived helped us in finding an HDMI cord although he didn't seem very happy about it.
Cons: We called ahead and cancelled our reservation and made another one for the day following due to some road trip problems. I was told it was all settled and there were no problems with the change. A few days after our stay I was charged for both days. They did not cancel the day I requested and I was charged a no show fee. When I called in they refunded the money but in still waiting for it to hit my account and after a long road trip, this has hurt my account after a long road trip! We called before arriving asking when room service ended. We were told 10pm. Great! We wanted to hit the hot tub before it closed at 10 as we had a long drive (13 hours). Get to the hotel and room service is closed. Luckily the bartender helped us downstairs! The room above us was either playing hop scotch or the floors are very thin. We also reserved this hotel because the site stated a complimentary breakfast! Convenient for a road trip across the country! But everything for breakfast had a charge.

Pros: I love that Ramada kept to the integrity of the historic site of the hotel
Cons: Breakfast isn't included with your stay
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and an escape from the holiday
Cons: Treatment from owner/manager cut phone lines in the room and management wanting us to move on with a you get what you get attitude. There were missing fixtures over outlets and stained carpet and sheetx

Pros: Incredible style and atmosphere. Will certainly come back. The lobby/indoor courtyard was great and really well done, and included a restaurant, bar, and pool. There's even a nightclub! Highly recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I will stay here every time I travel on I 10. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves an awesome variety of breakfasts and dinners. The indoor heated salt water pool was clean with fresh towels. Live trees are growing indoors. The decor is amazing. New beds are super comfy.
Cons: No elevator to the second floor rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Being that I am a Hacienda loving fanatic this was right up my alley! The Hispanic vibe was amazing! I actually didn’t want to leave. The young lady at the check did her job exceptionally well! She was informative and “sold” her “product” (what the property had to offer). The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A lot of pillows to get lost in! We had a court yard room with French doors that opened up to the pool which made it pleasant. Plenty of parking and on site restaurant and bar ($2 bottled beer). Which the bartender and waitress were pleasant. After a drive through Texas from Louisiana this place allowed me to rest. Very inviting, safe and clean! I will certainly be returning!
Cons: The ONLY two things are: One (which the property has no control over) Guest.. control your children. Allowing them to yell and run up and down the hallway at 0530 is unacceptable. Teach them manners and respect. And be mindful of other guest and please do not slam your doors. Two..The food was a bit “generic” the Spanish rice tasted like a came from a box drowned in tomato sauce and the beans from a can. I would kindly suggest an in-service in the kitchen. My sons burrito was over dressed with sauce which made it a “wet burrito” covered in fries. BUT your pull pork BBQ sliders were amazing! Other than that... I was extremely impressed with the property.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very pleasant, the front staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and quit comfortable.
Cons: The beds were a little hard for our comfort, but we were told that they had just replaced all the beds in the hotel.

Pros: Very nice reception area, with pool, bar and restaurant.
Cons: Fixtures in restroom were horrible. The shower curtain didn't even close properly, and created a hazard once water got on the tile floor.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk gentleman was very nice and courteous.
Cons: Our TV did not work and we had to have someone come and fix it. Our faucet in the bathroom shower leaked constantly and filled the bathtub.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was conveniently located near the interstate and near my destination of where I needed to be.
Cons: Although the description said it was a non smoking hotel, there was smoking. Also, there was a group of 3 adults that were walking around during the evening and morning looking suspicious. I wished the front desk would've approached them.

Pros: Location

4.6 Okay
Pros: Good luggage carts. Comfortable beds Nice pool
Cons: No closet in the room. Indifferent staff. No vending, although there were signs for them. Most minimal breakfast of any of the five or six Hampton Inns we stayed at in our two week drive across the country. Breakfast not ready at 6:15, supposed to start at six. Awful.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Snacks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. This was probably the nicest Hampton I've stayed in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel room.
Cons: Charged me for room even though I had booked and paid 3 months in advance. Still trying to get extra charge off my card.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed and very clean room, Free internet, a BIG plus, Breakfast bar was excellent and well stocked. Little extra touches in room including towel elephant and a couple of suckers on the night stand were a big hit with my wife.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Cons: Did not like that you have to be an honors member to use the wifi.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. The pool and rooms were nice. My fiancé found vomit on the headboard and mattress and the cupboard that held the tv was broken and no luggage rack. They had no cleaning service on Thanksgiving and that was problematic as our trash was full. Staff very kind and thoughtful and when our room got cleaned it was immaculate. However, there were old keys under the bed which shows they don’t always clean well. And vomit? Gross! Ok breakfast, need better coffee!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the pool and lobby was very large and comfortable. Free cookies in the PM. Nice staff
Cons: Cleanliness lacking in rooms and staff took Thanksgiving off! So no room service and we had overflowing trash we had to call to the front desk to come empty. Juan was a very nice and professional front desk helper. I liked our housekeeper and she had a great attitude and upbeat personality. I’m not sure if her name. But we tipped her because when she did come to clean the room was immaculate! My fiancé found vomit on his mattress next door to my room where I stayed with my older mother. She found the beds very comfortable but said the coffee was the worst she ever had. She hasn’t been to any sordid places! Lol. She is a Queen. She loved the hotel overall. So did I. It’s nice and has a good location near to a corner bakery where they have better coffee and food!

Pros: This is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

1.0 Poor
Pros: To be honest this hotel was not up to par, I believe a renovation is needed soon. There wasn't anything to like about the hotel and the amenities. It's old!
Cons: This hotel is extremely old and has a bad smell. We were greeted by a security guard that told us the hotel downstairs bathrooms typically are not clean. Who wants to hear that checking into a hotel? I sure don't!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good service, location
Cons: Bathroom door was fraying
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overall experience was the best experience friendly staff clean and beautiful location was perfect would recommend this place for anyone to stay beautiful landscape only one problem.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The building design, artwork, Southwest character and staff are very nice. It's a beautiful hotel and it's comfortable.
Cons: My wife and I do not like the restaurant. The food tastes like it was made in the morning, packaged up and left for the evening staff to microwave for customers.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The reception, yard and swimming pool (even if it is not usable in December)
Cons: The coffee machine in the bedroom wasn’t working. We found the restaurant was very poor regarding the hotel class level.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was like staying in a resort. Spanish decor , beautiful terrace and pool ,hotel restaurant and bar served great food and delicious drinks. Avery accommodating, friendly staff.

Cons: very satisfied!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staying at Encanto is a treat. Love staying there and do so whenever we are in Las Cruces.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. The staff went out of their way and even had a dish of chocolate covered strawberry’s in our room waiting for us with anniversary wishes. Unfortunately, this was a stopover on our trip and did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities. If we do go back to Las Cruces we will definitely stay there. Highly recommend
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was convenient to doctor's office and shopping. Nice view of the city. Isaac the bartender was courteous. Lauren at the from desk saw to it that we quickly received fresh towels when I complained about not receiving housekeeping. Desk clerk at check-out offered to buy our breakfast after I mentioned that the room hadn't been cleaned and the traffic noise, but by then we had already eaten out.
Cons: Busy, noisy street and intersection. The street sounds like a drag strip. Even 6 floors up the traffic noise was unacceptable; might have been better on the opposite side of the building but won't we go back to find out. No housekeeping even though the maids were on the floor and near our room, and no, the DND sign was NOT outside. Bathroom ventilation fan ran constantly, interrupted our sleep, and rattled like it was coming apart and closing the door didn't help much. There was mildew on the tub tile grout. One of the light switches in the bathroom did nothing. One of the two entry way light bulbs was burnt out. TV channel guide in the guest services notebook was inaccurate and someone (staff or a well meaning guest?) had made handwritten changes which weren't always correct. No onscreen channel guide.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The back patio/pool area looked like it would be lovely (in warmer weather).
Cons: The rooms that face the road are very loud. We were woken up multiple times at night due to traffic. It would also be very helpful to have outlets available next to the bed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and pool/outdoor area are exceptional
Cons: No mini-fridge in the room

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Construction zone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Very grateful that you are pet friendly and the counter treats were a nice touch.
Cons: Although you provide doggy clean up bags, rude, inconsiderate guests often did not use them. It would be nice, to hand one of those bags to the guest, when they sign the pet consent. When that fails, cleaning up the common pet potty would be appreciated.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The girl checking is in was very nice and tried to help solve our problem.
Cons: When we arrived the person checking us in noticed that we booked a king executive non smoking room but that a smoking room was reserved. The hotel only had a room with a double bed. Room was ADA, small bed and not what we booked which was disappointing.
7.0 Good
Pros: staff and location
Cons: dated and damaged carpets and some walls
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly without extra charges. The hotel wasn't great but still a good value.

6.0 Good
Pros: Good location. A/c worked and the bed was okay.
Cons: Poor cable TV. No TMC or Movies channel. What they had seemed mainly geared to appeal to morons. Found a dead roach under the window. Disgusting. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk in the morning, all she did was say "Oh." No apology. WTH?

Pros: The room was large and very comfortable. The AC was a bit loud but worked very well. The kitchen area was great and well equipped. Plenty of closet space. The doors to the shower were a bit awkward but that is very minor. The free breakfast was just perfect. Lots and lots of choice, the orange juice was fresh as were the waffles, eggs and sausage. Lots of fruit and all kinds of breads. Just so happens that they had the cereal I like so that was great. It made for a great start to the day.
Cons: Nothing really, overall and well run place to stay, especially an extended stay.

Pros: Gracious and friendly staff. Good breakfast choices and great service. Itzel was very accommodating. Very helpful maid
Cons: Fan in restroom was not repaired during our stay Grout in shower needs to be replaced Bathtub flooring was slippery Would have liked a grab bar at the other end of the tub
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and I believe the hotel will improve once all the upgrades are finished.
Cons: Sheets not changed, bath tube had a crack. One light did not work and carpet was worn. Pool not cleaned of leaves, canopies not opened so tables were too hot to sit at. The loungers were made of metal on sides, too hot to lay on during the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt clean
Cons: I dont care for being placed in an ADA room
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The coffee and water in main lobby was probably the worst thing but the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. I didn't stick around for breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and courteous even with our late night arrival. The building was obviously older but very clean. The room was well appointed and a steal for the size. The kids even slept so well they missed the free full breakfast both days. I didn’t though and enjoyed the food that was offered.
Cons: Well I liked the room a lot, I was disappointed with the lack of outlets near a comfortable spot, like the beds and the couch. My husband needs a CPAP machine to sleep at night and had to unplug the outdated radio clock to use it. We plugged our phones in on the desk but then didn’t have a safe place to charge our 3 kiddos tablets. I didn’t miss the free full breakfast our first day but wasn’t disappointed when did the next. The setup didn’t have a good flow and for as many people as there was, the serving trays were quite small so they ran out quickly. Also the paper plates got soggy after a few minutes from the hot food and liquids. The toaster needs to be cleaned or updated because it took longer than making waffles to harden my bread, It didn’t even toast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: There was construction going on.
5.0 Okay
Pros: When our room wasn't ready they let us go down to the pool. It's location near restaurants and highway was good.
Cons: The coffee at the front desk was awful. The coffee tastes old even though they just brewed it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, quality, staff, pool, price.
Cons: Very short walk to McDonald's to enjoy their outdoor patio. Then had to avoid vagrant who appeared out of nowhere then followed me inside.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was really impressed with this property. I was fortunate to have a King suite, I was surprised by the finishes and the quality, above my expectations. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: The only thing I would suggest is that they check the light fixtures to see if bulbs are burned out. There were a couple in my room that either had burned out bulbs or they didn't work. Not a complaint though, I had plenty of light.
1.0 Poor
Pros: My stay was marred by all sorts of issues.

Cons: nope
10.0 Excellent

Pros: It was very comfortable
Cons: The breakfast provided sucked. The eggs and sausage were disgusting

Pros: I liked it all from the moment we arrived. Jessie was very personable as well as the rest of the staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The staff were always smiling and asking if I needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really a bonus. I will stay there again.

Pros: Great staff, clean hotel, really nice room and bed, breakfast was good. No complaints from me! It was everything I needed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly checkin, spotless, newly appointed rooms, excellent breakfast staff, lovely pool, basically everything! Salsa, chips and cookies every afternoon is icing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel and facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here twice during a road trip, and I loved the location to the interstate and to amenities. Also the updated rooms were fantastic and the staff very friendly.
Cons: It was only a minor issue, but a piece of clothing was left hanging on the door and the refrigerator was not working.
