10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was super comfy! I loved the happy hour at 530. This is such a neat hotel. I would definitely come back.
Cons: The hotel was amazing but the only thing that I notice was my king suite didn't have any soap.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the beds, breakfast, shower heads, tub, desk chairs.
Cons: I checked for bed bugs. Dog was next door barking, the sheets were clean but the mirror in the room was dirty and there was residue on the door and counter. It just was not very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel and very conveniently located off the I-10 West with easy off-on access yet with a set back from the freeway that makes it quiet at the hotel. It’s at the Mesilla Valley exit which is ideal to tour Cruces or go South into the valley. It has a nice Applebee’s next door and has convenient access to gas stations and quick marts. Breakfast was great! This is our new go to place when traveling from mid-Texas to Tucson Arizona.
Cons: My only nit-pick is that they only have one ice machine on the 1st floor at the end of the hallway so on upper floors, it takes time to get to it. If they had placed it near the central elevator on the 1st floor, it would have been a complete “Yahtzee” for us!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Happy Hour and food, and the breakfast, all good. And, all the service staff were exceptionally friendly and engaging. Very pleasant stay!

5.4 Okay
Pros: Well let me start by saying that over this past summer my family had stayed at a different location in Colorado. It met all of our expectations; staff, food, comfort and overall cleanliness was above and beyond. We had an amazing experience. So when I was planning a trip to las cruces of course I booked a weekend here. Staff was descent. The room was clean enough and the buffet and dining area was very clean. Food was delicious so no complaints there.
Cons: Unfortunately I did not at all expect for this location to look the way that it did. One staff lady in particular I could tell was not very friendly. While at the pool she walked in and my wife told her she had a question about the pool well after ignoring her she finally turned around and said ask maintenance and walked out. I think she could have been more help rather than annoyed. My main concern was the POOL!! It looked extremely unkept. Everything was rusted and looked dirty. The sauna did not look inviting at all. Honestly the pool looked abandoned, dark and sad. I wonder how often they clean it and check it? As for the room, the bed was not very comfortable which was a bummer. The rest of the place was dim and didn’t have that warm, clean and fresh feel to it. I paid the same price at the other location as I did here so I was very disappointed to see that I wasn’t getting the same satisfaction as my previous stay. I usually go to las cruces every year but I don’t plan on staying at this location again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Went for chile fest in neighboring Hatch. Red and Green Chile served here for breakfast and evening meal was best surprise.
Cons: I like the outside seating area, except that it was next to the highway. Cold tortillas at breakfast. Keep em hot!

Pros: To be honest this hotel was not up to par, I believe a renovation is needed soon. There wasn't anything to like about the hotel and the amenities. It's old!
Cons: This hotel is extremely old and has a bad smell. We were greeted by a security guard that told us the hotel downstairs bathrooms typically are not clean. Who wants to hear that checking into a hotel? I sure don't!

Cons: N/A
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was about all you could eat. I was completely full when I left. Very convenient to various places to eat and shop.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and good, friendly staff. Nice Suites, that would be conducive to longer stays. Aways from I-10 but worth the drive. Loved the pool and the bar/restaurant by it and gals running it do a great job. Quite, nice out there. Like how they don't jam all arrivals in one building, but intersperse guests out so that you're stay is quieter and nicer.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Pet friendly without extra charges. The hotel wasn't great but still a good value.
Cons: Elevator not working. I read a review before I booked that said the elevator was out so I don't think they're going to fix it.
6.0 Good
Pros: IT was quiet and close to restaurants.
Cons: The first room we got had blood stains on sheets and clearly visible. The 2nd room they gave us had a bed so high I had to jump to get on and in the middle of the night I got out of bed and nearly fell on the floor because my feet didn't touch the ground. ( I'm 5' 10" ) I didn't like that there were no usb plugins for my phone or tablet like most other hotels have. To plug my laptop I had to move out the desk and reach behind it to plug my laptop. Most hotels have them on desk lamps. By the way bed side wall plugs were the same way..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed truly felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I had to switch room a few hours after arrival, the new room was refreshing and deordorized. I like that you couldn't smell or hear pets barking as they stay there too.
Cons: Getting settled unpacking and sanitizing room not aware the air was not working.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my entire stay! I really loved the view of the mountains! Parking was ok but all in all very pleased with it!
Cons: My heating and cooling unit was a little loud

Cons: The lady that cleaned our room. She didnt change the sheets. We requested she did and she didnt..We requested twice.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location. A/c worked and the bed was okay.
Cons: Poor cable TV. No TMC or Movies channel. What they had seemed mainly geared to appeal to morons. Found a dead roach under the window. Disgusting. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk in the morning, all she did was say "Oh." No apology. WTH?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, great reception clerk, nice breakfast, great location off highway, very clean!
Cons: We enjoyed an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! No complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and in a great location, close to Cracker Barrel and Walmart.

Pros: Breakfast was good; suite set up fit our needs; kitchen portion was great. Staff person that check us in was Awesome, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I can't say that I didn't like anything. I only wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy the home away from home. We stayed here before and returned. Points or rewards card for repeat stays would be great.

Pros: Gracious and friendly staff. Good breakfast choices and great service. Itzel was very accommodating. Very helpful maid
Cons: Fan in restroom was not repaired during our stay Grout in shower needs to be replaced Bathtub flooring was slippery Would have liked a grab bar at the other end of the tub
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and I believe the hotel will improve once all the upgrades are finished.
Cons: Sheets not changed, bath tube had a crack. One light did not work and carpet was worn. Pool not cleaned of leaves, canopies not opened so tables were too hot to sit at. The loungers were made of metal on sides, too hot to lay on during the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt clean
Cons: I dont care for being placed in an ADA room
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The coffee and water in main lobby was probably the worst thing but the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. I didn't stick around for breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and courteous even with our late night arrival. The building was obviously older but very clean. The room was well appointed and a steal for the size. The kids even slept so well they missed the free full breakfast both days. I didn’t though and enjoyed the food that was offered.
Cons: Well I liked the room a lot, I was disappointed with the lack of outlets near a comfortable spot, like the beds and the couch. My husband needs a CPAP machine to sleep at night and had to unplug the outdated radio clock to use it. We plugged our phones in on the desk but then didn’t have a safe place to charge our 3 kiddos tablets. I didn’t miss the free full breakfast our first day but wasn’t disappointed when did the next. The setup didn’t have a good flow and for as many people as there was, the serving trays were quite small so they ran out quickly. Also the paper plates got soggy after a few minutes from the hot food and liquids. The toaster needs to be cleaned or updated because it took longer than making waffles to harden my bread, It didn’t even toast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: There was construction going on.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, quality, staff, pool, price.
Cons: Very short walk to McDonald's to enjoy their outdoor patio. Then had to avoid vagrant who appeared out of nowhere then followed me inside.

Cons: The bathroom layout was horribly laid out. Difficult to get in and out of. Very, very tight. The door to the tub blocked the entire sink area. Really poor layout. While the rest of the room and the property were good, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and very comfortable. The AC was a bit loud but worked very well. The kitchen area was great and well equipped. Plenty of closet space. The doors to the shower were a bit awkward but that is very minor. The free breakfast was just perfect. Lots and lots of choice, the orange juice was fresh as were the waffles, eggs and sausage. Lots of fruit and all kinds of breads. Just so happens that they had the cereal I like so that was great. It made for a great start to the day.

Cons: I didn't like that the drapes wouldn't close so i had light from outside peering through. I also didn't like pillows.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I like that they have smoking rooms.
Cons: We tried to extend our stay but the assistant manager wanted us to move rooms, then when we decided to go ahead and stay even though she was making us move rooms she said she would have to charge us an extra deposit because we might smoke in the mon smoking room. She was rude for no reason and we will never stay at Days Inn again. Also no elevators make it really hard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome late in the evening. The hotel was nce, a lot of Tv channels to watch, a nice swimming pool. Very clean. Good value for money. Also very well located because it is at the main street which made it easy to find for us and easy to start off the next day. Despite being so close to the main street we got a good night's sleep because our room was located at the back of the property (we had put in a special request for that before).
Cons: I cannot really think of anything. We were a bit too late for breakfast, so I cannot rate this. Apart from that you get good value for money.

Pros: No breakfast offered. I got up at 300 am to get a new pillow. The thin pillow on bed was hurting my neck. Carpet on 3 Rd floor needs to removed. It's soaked with dog urine. Rails in swimming pool were broke off floor. I had to assist my wife out of pool due to broken rails. Not enough pool furniture to use. Coffee is at front desk for short period of time. No military discount due to holiday. We stayed at this motel 6 when it was new and that's why I'm looking harder. I know how much better it was. I loved the wood floors in room. That was a smart thing to do for animals
Cons: All the above. I liked the front desk staff very friendly. I liked our bed. I liked the size of room. I liked location of hotel. I love the city of Las Cruces. I liked easy access from highway to motel

Pros: Went to the doctors from 10:00 am till 1730 that was on the 15. The 16th I went tio Memorial Hospital and had an Endoscopy done then came home
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I stay here frequently for business. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants within 2 miles, and one good within walking distance. Great hotel with good beds.
Cons: Nothing particular to this hotel, but with any budget brand like this there are not plugs near the bed for charging and there is not shampoo in the bathroom. Not anything exceptional to this hotel, but what you normally see in budget lodging.
